My mind is leaden with the crush
of pain—a numbness of the soul
that's not an adrenaline rush;
but leaves me feeling yet unwhole.
Unwhole! Unwhole! And afflicted.
How goes this night unpredicted!?
When the life you lead walks away with you
Running fast at a pace unknown, unpredicted
Flashing past and dashing dreams.
Have hope in calm
For calm will come in the buzz of a lightbulb
The crash of a plan, the change
Perspective shift electricity.
Look down and breathe
Faulted earth quakes, level land breaks
Serene sea swells, tearing tsunami strikes
Devastation a devil descends unpredicted to devour.
Tough times tremble, shaking sky raids
Hibernating hopes break, awful agony abrades
Disaster a distress destroys unabated the lives dire.

Like time
Efficency has slipped away secretly
From our bodies
Causing unpredicted destruction
Even the slightest bone
And the smoothest joint
Without sympathy
The joint jelly dries up like a leaf
The strong bone becomes brittle like a twig
Gain in time loss in health
Aging is unquestionable
Like the scientific laws
And so
Make use of them
Before it's too late
Defined as nothing other than sheer,
what else do you say about this mess?
Whittled down only resilience is left.
When all you see is a cold shoulder left
that next move never comes off sheer.
Your insides are now a four letter mess.
Regardless of this unpredicted mess,
there was so much raw intensity left.
Courage wrapped in passion so sheer.
Stumbling in this sheer mess I never left.
Such luck

preeminence
wonderstruck
as it occurred
This miracle is greater than all of us
