GOD’S TIMETABLE
If you did believe
you’d be resurrected to life
you’d thank GOD today

Our love came with a timetable
Lasting longer in memory than physically
Pushing time as endless
Stating what may not be right now, will be later
A fib told as long as tales
Because doesn’t love still prevail?

Free verse
Not knowing
At the bus terminal, he waits
They are coming and going
He asks there is no timetable
And those in charge tell him
To be patient.
All he wanted to know
When the bus was going his way.
Late at night and full of wine
He hears the bus driving by
It carries on
To someone who has waited
Long enough.

Blank verse
It creeps
It creeps up and you pray it won’t stay
Behind me see it skittering my way
You wonder at its timetable
What if it comes when I’m not able
It’s being following me as I remember
And I feel eternity burning in it’s embers
So without rest it goes on and on
Smiling and humming it’s song.

1.
colored leaves in yard
memories spice stew on stove -
sound of friend’s car door
2.
open sunny days
dandelion seeds float by -
all my options gold
3.
planting to be done
windows close doors swing open -
nature loves a hand
4.
my timetable now -
more rainbows can be enjoyed
green pastures shared

Created brink of poverty's rule
a Eucharistic pool of drool
abomination from a fool
incriminating from self rule!
Discover Faith, the sainthood's tool
and rediscover self, God's yule
no celebration need extend
or bow to legacy's pretend!
A soul's conflict with space extend
and so decipher, what we've been,
to belly up, we miss the trend
of going further ~ losses tend!
As looking back, mistakes contend
while roads of Glory ~ brighter, bend!

Monorhyme
The great mourners on earth listen;
You suffer stress mourning, in fashion
For the dead who died happily
and those who died by choice
Good input but think again next time
What will you change with tears?
The eternal timetable is set for all
What changes will you make crying?
The heavens look down on you
Wondering why tears roll off eyes
Angels are miserable all through
But the evil powers are in joy
The dead fly away as you suffer
Their body sleeping, spirit traveling
