Premium Member Confessions of a Bobblehead
All things can tempt me~ I'm a scatter brain
Trying to focus causes a degree of pain
Distracted by a yummy treat or herbal tea
The slightest sounds arouse and sidetrack me
It's all too easy to sway my concentration
Toying with convoluted laws of attraction
My attention spins often on a dime
It doesn't take much for me to waste my time
That's why I prefer to ignore the phone
And keep working on building me a clone

Only God Knows Why Miracle Man 2/21/2024 Sometimes I sit wondering why I’m still here? Perhaps for that one which I alone might reach. Seasonal Color
Summer, delightful smells of fresh lilac
lavender, mind beginning to sidetrack,

melodious sounds, busy honey bees
circling around blossoming Lemon trees,

clear fresh aquamarine slow flowing stream
reflecting sky of deep cerulean,

chartreuse aquatic plants that gently stroke
smooth coral pebbles under yellow oak,

bright saffron celestial star, water gleams
watermelon red, orange tangerine.

Seasonal color contest.

My Little Sidetrack

The Hair of the Equine
So Beautifully Strong
A Symbol of their Noble Worth
From which I fashion Creations for your Adornment

For some a Humble Trinket
of a Creature they Adore
For some a Lasting Bond
to the One whom they Adored

Each Strand between my fingers
Carefully laid, Carefully made
I twist and weave Memories into Love's Last Locks
