jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'épanouisse
sous le sceptre de ton regard...

Peterborough Cry
This is for one, low and old.
Peterborough metropolis.
We have a Waitrose too, Vivacity has the power.
Metropolis genuine life, old and low.
Homeless, give them a Council House, there are enough.
M&S is sceptre special in Queensgate.
We are tired of working, Peterborough relaxes.
Genuine life, unreplaceable....

Beast King
You have named me
The king of beasts
Where crown and sceptre
Hold no tyrants court.
Only balanced nature
Where evolution thrives
Knows I have my place.
I break the chain
Which signifies no title,
Only by weaker link
So life may forge a
New bond to become.
Who shall be called beast
When you are regicide
And life is no more....

And Crowns Crumbled To Dust
Re : Old Poems
Bells of triumph clang,
Fortresses fain to hail thee
Men of valiant swords.
Glories thence fell, crowns crumbled
To dust, no wailings were heard.
,,
The wind about thy sceptre howl and cry,
Loft precipices trampled;
Ruined rich piles of graves.

Fragments
Marital pieces float
Like a kindled smoke
Some thought choking my throat
Nearly giving me a stroke.
Good that I wished
Far running out ahead
All the cherished
Seems now living dead.
Now I know my dreams
A world of fragments
I have always been a centre
Never holds or worths the sceptre.
Alas! At my delusions
How deceptive are you
My plan for an Eve vision
No one stayed; Stayed no two.

Skycraper
grips the cloud deck, two hands
steely teeth sink holes
bitten cold, like ice cream
swallowed whole
brain freeze, wind whip
stir stick, mixed
pinnacle obstacle,
lift up the ground
shadowed down
ant workers flip, switch pincers
scale back five times
their body weight, again
hollowed out, night glow
exaggerated king,
spectacle and sceptre
spiked, lighting rod crown
flash strike, light blast
subtle subject safety net
for now...

A Clan of Dark Warriors
when the masquerades came
they brought the drums
to the forests of our clan
the pipers came forth
with ready pipes upon their arms
the dancers came out en mass
& the forests saw a full ceremony
of the ancient drumming & dancing -
then their sceptre went up to the sky
calling for our response
within the three full moons
then mbari-warriors came in their valour
they came: they saw the cloudy sky
& our warriors drenched in the blood
called forth by the battalion-gods
a clan of dark warriors...
