Wardrobe
The Wardrobe.
shrine of memories,
disguise dressing room...
Guards my life
daily,
festive,
funeral...
Each outfit a character....
A cross-dressing artist,
but never repository
of me... naked... natural!...

For No Crime
For no crime,
I was sentenced
To four years
Repository of knowledge,
With hard labor

Five years of sentenced served,
I peeped into morrow,
Hoping to be free
Like the caged bird,
But it seemed today
Would never come!...

The butterfly pauses on a sunny
     rock.
Warmed by God's breath and touch.

Then in winged ecstasy, begins his day
     Exquisitely, in monarch butterfly way.

Just....to be sailing is his glory.
      He needs no reviews....as...
      Perfection is his repository!

An unassuming, stone cold Ossuary !
In this place, the bones of my Soul lay .
Them - my spirit will carry
into a void, a black hole - to stay
for all of enternity -
that seems to be - fate for me
a repository
where one may find the story
of all -
who, with loves lost - suffer - no glory
as we await the call .

A Bland Repository
dreary eyed, musky languor- tassels tight
a loose walk paraded by looser convictions
an acquaintance of that sad, lowly height
that alluded odysseys and several hymns

open window, surely dries out the stink
encroached in the room shadows and fleas
the zeitgeist of this area; to even think
flowers and dewdrops burly trees; to seize
the thought, it lingers, but only so little
too soon, to even land a misty eyed dream....

Premium Member Prose As Poetry
reality dawns
   in my mind
a thread
 runs through reason

a repository
& reference point
in imagination’s flight
seeing what’s there to see

a single tree in the forest
 of my mind’s eye
a defining moment
 inner feelings fly free

seeing things in reality
sharing the intimate
every ready to explore
 the pathos of life

Who will deliver me
from this lonely path
talking writ aloud
 to please myself...

Are You Living Now
Is there always one verse
you still have yet to write

 And if not—what’s the point
  of it all

Are you the repository of
  all you have felt

Or the dealer and merchant
  of lies

Are your thoughts tattooed onto
  your immortal soul

With your feelings exposed
  or held back

Are the words disconnected
from the ink in your veins

Do you live within
  all that you’ve said

(Villanova Pennsylvania: May, 2016)...

Sadly Beautiful
The weeping came late
After we lost the pearl of heart
With the cruel twist of fate
Death arrived and made us part.

Voices cry when anguish dictates,
The unheard, unanswered repository.
Where the cold wind breathes
A message exhales into the foggy fray.

Sadly, beautiful I remember the day,
Freedom is the essence of despair,
We were sad when you went away,
Delirious and unaware.

How time releases the brave soul
And gave joy to the eyes of the world...
