Just Saw God

Just saw God,
He gave me a smile,
Just saw God,
She just mowed my lawn,
Just saw God,
They said they loved me,
Just saw God,
He gave me a meal,
Just saw God,
She made me feel I belong,
Just saw God,
Yes! I see him in you

I Owe God

I owe God a whole lot and that's the truth.
He helps me now and he helped me during my youth.
I owe the Lord for all that he's done for me.
When I think about it, it fills my heart with glee.
Without God, I wouldn't even be here.
He's a wonderful God, that much is clear.

Please Forgive Me, God

God, please forgive me for my sins.
I will try not to repeat them again.
When I get very angry, I cuss and sometimes I take your name in vein.
I am really sorry for saying words that are profane.
Please forgive me and please forgive other people too.
If anybody is capable of forgiveness, it is certainly you.

Succor In Salvation

Here I sat under the shadow of tears,
fainting under the fountains of fears,
until the lamb of God came for me,
on the cross, he cried to set me free.

Hell hunts to hurt my haughty heart,
sins & stains stripped my soul apart,
until I came to the cross of Christ,
and He saved me from my terrible thirst.
Amen...

My God

Before I ask, He answers
Before I pray, He hears
He dries my ever falling tears
And all my loads He bears.

He lifts my head from troubles
He shields me from the foe
He keeps me from unending woe
Grief I will no more know.

God my Father, my Helper
My Confidant, my Friend
His ear forever will He lend
My Savior till the end.

You Love Me Anyways

When i fall short
when i turn away and run
when i have done wrong
you still love me
When i'm the reason you have a nail in you wrist
when I'm a thron in your crown
when I'm the reason you were beatin
you love me anyway.
No matter what i do
no matter how many time i turn away
no matter how many time i fall short
YOu love me anyway..

Know Me and Try Me

Know me and try me, Lord
Please lift me up,
Strengthen and help me,
And with you let me sup.
I want to give you all my praise,
And rejoice in your name,
Of your mercy, love, and goodness,
And never forget from whence I came.
No matter what comes my way.
Let me remember you are there,
And you will give what I need,
And make me strong enough to bear.

Finding Christ

Hold me tight
close to thee,
that I may feel
thou warmth on this holy night.
Hold me tight
close to thee,
that I may know
your power and might.
Hold me tight
close to thee,
for on this one night
the stars are shining bright.
Hold me tight
close to thee,
that I may share this light
beautifull in my sight.
Hold me tight
close to thee,
for on this one night
I have embraced Jesus Christ

Jesus' Salvation of Glorious Light

Oh my God, I will ever be faithful and true.
You help me in all the things that I say and do.

As long as I remember, to worship and obey.
You, the mighty one in whom I give thanks and pray.

So God please remind me each day and night.
To allow your Holy Grace, to fill me with delight.

Permitting me to bask in Jesus' Salvation of Glorious Light.
In order to protect me from Satan's demons and unholy fright.

Blessed Sinner

Lord have mercy on my soul.
I'am a sinner, this I know.
On my knees I bow to prey,
For my sins through out the day.

Blessed is this world that God has made,
With your blood, the price is paid.

Blessed are we by the blood of the Lamb,
For all generations back to Abraham.

Take me by the hand my Lord,
Lead me down the long and winding road,
And may my deeds be good enough to reap the seeds I've sowed.
Form: Rhyme

I'M Christ

All I think about is been with Christ
Live my life outside the dice
Understanding that He paid the price
So my sin wouldn’t be mispriced

All I do is get myself into trouble
Hovering around me like bubble
I wish I could be humble
Saving myself from this jumble

All I live for now is becoming like Christ
So I and Christ could be splice
So all my hurting could be iced
What remains is for me to entice others.

My Mind Wonders

If he holds the world in his hands
Then why has he left me all alone?
If he knows the thoughts of every man
Then why do mine feel unknown?

If his words will always set me free
Then why am I trapped in my own mind?
If he claims to have died for me
Then why must I die for man kind?

If I stand out in his eyes
Then why am I unnoticed elsewhere?
If he protects me from Satan’s lies
Then why am I trapped in a nightmare?

Where Are You Now

They told me to pray
But I’m not sure it’s enough
How am I suppose to just pause my day
And wish gone the hard stuff

They said that you would be here
All I had to do is bow my head
But you’re still up there
And I am close to dead

I was told I just need to believe
What am I suppose to believe in?
It’s almost time for me to leave
I’m sorry but I’m about to sin

They said that you would be with me
But now the truth I certainly can see

Way To Be a Friend

When the road is much too toilsome
And I feel I can't go on
You've always been there beside me
To help me walk along

On the days when I felt like dying
Beautiful thoughts where sent my way
Every one of those beautiful thoughts
Assisted me in all of my day to day

For this I can't repay you
Righteousness I don't deserve
In all of your infinite love for me
Evermore will it be
Now I have found my peace
Days of my life have been complete

Father Eternal Light

Lord Heavenly Father
Have mercy on me
Bless me so that I may see
So I may be worthy of your undying praise
Show me light within the darkness
Break the shackles upon my weary feet
Dry the tears that pour so heavily like roaring waters yet so afraid
Breathe into me Lord the breath of everlasting life
So I may the child of grace shall I never fear You even upon deaths watch
Keep me near and close to You So that I may be the one that seeks Your face

A Dollar For Your Healing

A dollar for your healing
I hear the preacher say
A dollar for your healing
Come on and let me pray.

Write your cheque and sow your seed
And then you'll be debt free
For God longs to prosper you
Just like He's prospered me.

A dollar for your healing
I hear the preacher say
A dollar for your healing
Come on and let me pray.

My friend be warned of satan's lies
False prophets is what I see
Misusing the name of Jesus
While robbing you and me.

Painful Blessings

God's child and only his.
He's been teaching me lessons since..
before my teenage years.
I learn things quickly, a genius...maybe.
He has yet to expose his gift to me.
He has yet to begin revealing my destiny.
So I wait...wait for my world to shake.
Wait for my heart to ache.
With every storm comes sunshine.
An inner glow given from the divine.
A new found sense of control.
Thank you for allowing me to learn lessons.
That's why I call them painful blessings.

Dream Weaver

Dream weaver
The creator of fantasies
Places unknown
Way beyond the seas

Dream weaver
Enter into my mind
Take me on a voyage
To places I cannot find

Bring peace to me
As I sleep tonight
Invade this darkness
With your eternal light

Set me free
From these chains that bind me here
Release me from this pain
And take away all my fear
I beacon you
And again you come
Stay with me tonight
Let these dreams you weave
Deliver me to the sun

New Years

Pleasant are the days
When we live the right ways
Are the flowers that bloom in Spring
Are the birds that sing

Grace that says, “Thank You”
Love that fills our hearts
Peace that plays
The parts

New Years comes to me with a snow capped hill
A baby sleeping on a big bed that wouldn't awaken to see
That a far away call from Texas
For me to see

New Years a happy home
To see the days
When my sons will all kneel
And pray
And say, “Thank You”

Mother Mary Come To Me

Mother Mary come to me
Lay your healing hands
Before you
A broken man stands
As the tears stream
Flowing down my face
Falling to my knees
Pleading for your grace

Forgive me
For all I have done wrong
I am not perfect
But my heart is strong
My intensions pure and true
I am ready
To serve my penance for you

Fill my heart
With your undying love
Use your angels
To guide me from above
Grant me the wisdom
So that I may finally be free
Mother Mary come to me

The End
