Valentine
1. It's loving

Blossom merrily day
Caption to a beloved reign
And applauding way.

2. It's catchy

Schetchy scatchy love
Not catching on for far long
Just dawn to night love.

3. It's Fun

Powerful grace for peace
And reiterating Romance
Be mine tonight please?...

Dual Failings
The sins of the father
Are visited upon the son
But the failings of the mother
Come calling as well.

I hear the blows land
From down the hallway
Helpless to intervene
Powerless to prevent them.

One decision from the past
Haunts everyday.
Reiterating my dual failings
As both a mother and a daughter....

They had dollar signs in their eyes which implored her to run.
Shelly excused herself to go to the bathroom.
She never said which bathroom....

Imminent, Dismal
repitious symphathy bracing graffiti upon the walls i animate
elegiac words morphing into their stark existance
inanimate figures peel away to shade the world gray
their vows spoken through echoes of blood screaming out my eulogy
reiterating their prevarications which induce the opaque starlight
the contours emit a reflection deceiving the effigy
singing vacant pantomime to the adorn imperfect perfections...

Moonlight Sonata Plays
moonlight sonata plays sound waves
Reverberating
the sordid tune of our last days.
Excruciating
Pain enters into my mind frame.
Frustrating
the birth of the universal flame.
Contemplating
     the solution to your pollution.
Educating
     monkeys about their evolution.
Genuflecting
     priests kiss Mary's bleeding stigmata.
Reflecting
his holy name now and tomorrow.
Reiterating
     moonlight sonata plays sound waves....
