Attended
Filling the emptiness
Piercing

The crowd out of sight

The wall
Right beneath the hall
They crumbled
Few mumbled
Surprised
The earth began to move
At last
The hope had been reinstated

Not by the day saver
But by the destroyer
Of the static world

Reluctantly bought "Twitter" and reinstated banned folks outright.

why would we risk
tipping the scales of illusion
when calm is reinstated
walking the tightrope
between love
and longing
the world seeming less hostile
and somewhat right again
if only for a moment
