Premium Member Unheeded
I must remember
While I may become greatly enthused
By an idea, belief, program, regimen, book, or diet
And though I may contribute these passions where needed
I must not become disappointed or upset
When they go unheeded
For there are many paths to joy in this life

One Thousand Dead Businessmen
One thousand dead businessmen
Zombies of emotionless regimen
Sharply dressed
Black suit and tie, freshly pressed
Leather briefcases, to seem professional
This march of skeletons is quite exceptional

DECAY
Burst into dust and wither away
Corruption and greed let them die
The next thousand corpse march includes you and I...

The Secret To Eternal Youth
detach from hang-ups and the hype.
there is no regimen.
the secret is detach.
be happy,
do not follow a diet per se,
just stay away from processed foods,
don't eat fast food or drink soda,
and all carbs and naughty delights consumed are home made....
all things in moderation.

and yoga....

Premium Member Exercise Regimen

the first week
     is absolute hell ...
          "gym rust"
                an enemy
                     one must doggedly...

battle and
     conquer;
          challenging,
               no doubt,
                    but a fight...

worth fighting.
     with consistency
           one starts to see results
                if...
                     weight loss is top goal.

Winter Writer Ii
Winters' wandering within
wicked waves of worsening weather.
Wildly whipping winds
whistling through windchimes
tinkling tenderly.

Women wrapped in wreaths
of wool or, if rich,
cashmere coated against
the avalanche of chill
around corners marching,
counting with a
pink pedometer
to ensure a regimen
regardless of winters' waft.

Snow softly swirling
through the thermal drafts
not ready to land yet.
Not really stuck ...
yet....
