Summer watermelon helps me be thin... If that's the proper word my friend... Fruits and berries yum-yum to the end... Me-They mezmerize as a great dividend... My favorite foods on which I love to depend... PS. The grasses not so much... LOL

Have had a salad for lunch EVERY day for about the last 5 years and I'm still pudgie! LOL xoxox
