HAIKU 7
Life is challenging
Let's focus on the reaping
It is everything
Tr?n Minh Hi?n Hien Tran Orlando November 4, 2016
Big fruit in the sky
Beautifully hanging high
Harvest drawing nigh
Deep passions coming alive
Reaping all the benefits
Robert reads reachingly
regarding red rosy raptures
readily reaping refreshments
Rare regal rapport rules rise,
royally rejoicing
Don't be a football,
Thrown and kicked down the field
Like rocks of nature;
Rather, be a bouncing ball
Sowing and reaping life's goals
Rich Harvest
oats ripe for reaping
yield under the sharp scythe blade
sheaves of golden grain
Idyll-haiku-seasonal
Come September you are warm and welcome in my arms
I am ripe for reaping as August tip toes quietly away
Softly, softly let summer sleep
Strange strangers in my room
Trying to find some skulls and bones
Like it will save them from doom
When the time for reaping comes
Hard working farmers
long hours spent in fields
reaping the benefits
Sending surplus
to retail stores
feeding families daily
DESPAIR NOT
Root not in despair,
be in the reaping of God’s
fruits of healing grace:
Glorified in your progress,
continue plowing onward:-
A reaping,
Of not soul, but heart.
A shine in not light, nor dark.
A love like this can only be true.
For if you are the one.
I am the two.
I went out in a mighty coughin fit
but oh how that coffin fit
oh it fit and it fit well
now i'm crossing the river styx
coastin right on into hell
Form:
Scatter seeds of Promise in the soil of Tomorrow
Tend to the Garden with Time you hoped to Borrow
Yield an empty Harvest, reaping fields of Sorrow.
Fall
fun-filled,
leaf peeping,
harvest reaping,
real time falls behind;
On top it ranks,
giving thanks—
Autumn’s
Rise
TO BEING OF ONE ACCORD
Let us not sow discord,
rather, let’s sow onederful,
oneness, onement:
Reaping divine wisdom, and
guidance, from the Holy One.
IN LIFE’S BALL GAME
Don’t be a football,
Thrown and kicked down the field
Like rocks of nature:-
Rather, be a bouncing ball…
Sowing and reaping life’s goal:-
Rich get richer as they
ride shamelessly over
rights, and equality;
remorseless profiteers,
reaping their lust for gold,
reduce the rabble to
rats in a maze of debt.
A tank - a spitting death
sowing hatred reaping all
storms someone planted
a flower in the barrel with
the power of love
31st July 2016 every day
Zebra stripes
Red and whites
feather light as lightning strikes
leather tight and coiled spikes
sharing thy sentence
feigning thy repentance
reaping scarlet tomorrows
sleeping varlet sorrows
Form:
Registered voices polled
election tide Red
getting their collective way.
Reaping, now what they sowed.
Excited delirium mandated
targets, tariff topping. Tempted
serendipity. Look at you now
Where was I?
In my rose garden
Where life blossomed; no more
(December to December
Sowing hope, reaping despair)
My rose garden; dead and dreary
So Long!,
for
I shall water you; nevermore!
I am a new found vegetarian
no longer supporting any barbarian
the task at first seemed gargantuan
but now I think it's all in hand
enjoying what I once deemed bland
reaping not meating from the land.

alabaster clouds
morph into ashen grey smoke
acid rain plummets
a grieving heart breaks in two
drowning within its own flood
angel of deaths scythe
shows not an ounce of mercy
reaps a twin flames love
Imaginative stories read
by Mom to fill a small girl’s head!
She planted seeds by fancy fed
which later bloomed in me.
I've since been reaping in their stead
sweet joy in poetry!
For Dr. Ram Metha's Contest:
"Rime Couee"
My life
My back bone
My dignity
My curves
My heart
My,My,My
I'm claiming back whats mine
Yes, its mine
Man have you no sham
Reaping my soul like a vulture scavenging
My happiness
My freedom
I am who i am
I'm A.S.I.P.H.E and i am life
Succinct spicy sight
Piquant profound plight
Ample affluent ask
Rapture reaping rusks
Keeper knitting keep
Lovely laughter leaps
Enlist even ease
Sensuous slumber sleaze
