Scenes of Life
I sit at my bay window,
I see the clean laundry,
A bird just demanded a rewash on a shirt,
Three men run as a car alarm goes off,
Sad victim, he just lost his stereo,
The fruit market opens, todays special, bruised apples,
Well time to go to my job at the 11th precinct....

Monster
never do you stop and think
as you shrivel up and slowly shrink
with each sip of that dastardly devils drink
that the meat so tender and so yellowish pink
was something that could once see and blink
a somewhat someone who's heart did sink
when that night you prowled the dark precinct...

Stages of Love
Love was born
An instinct inborn
Love took its first step
An invasion of sense
Love was real
An emotion to feel
Love was a belief
An armament for relief

Love became a fallacy
An imprint of fantasy
Love turned into melancholy
An output of jealousy
Love became hate
An apocalyptic fate
Love became extinct
In my heart’s precinct...

Premium Member Great Salmon
Lessons to learn from you, oh Salmon
    great fish!, strong navigator;
How highly focused you are, attaining
    your goals oh great curator.
Moving and strong currents do not deter
    your maternal instinct;
Aware that your destiny ends where you
    were spawned in your precinct.
So much to learn from the journey of your
    life, oh great conservator!....

Premium Member Lurking Fear
Allowing fear to approach
without reproach
being our enemy
it shows us a dark destiny

The image by it projected
has us agitated
thought of terror
veiling innate God fervour

How long we thus remain
in egos domain
on us depends
flowing as affinity bends

Let then our reflex instinct
on this precinct
radiate brightly
reflecting love & light fully

12-September-2020...

Has To Be a Kink Horn Haiku
has to be a kink
we wonder in which precinct
will be my instinct

all rules have been read
did discover what they said
always plan ahead

great day always be
when God will set world free
for eternity

God message shall send
all sins will come to an end
always did intend

we prayed to God please
do remove deadly disease
worshipped on our knees

Hope you like my Horn Haiku....

Journeying Home
My heart pounds swiftly and sweetly
As I set again home bound
My body is calmed in unreached respite
My soul outruns its line
And catches untouched pleasures

In a little while
I will lay my bent and beaten back on my bed
And rest my burdened head on my mother’s lap
I will savor her supple hands’ giftedness
And look into my father’s bright face
I shall hear again mother’s well-known tunes
That tickled me to thrill
I will walk proudly in the peaceful precinct
Where I am king...
