Premium Member Kaleidoscopic Whirlpools

phantasmagorical
is love's colorful view
in the kaleidoscope
spun to paint scenes anew
in rose-tinted glasses
with love shining right through
Form: Verse

Double Dactyl

Hickory dickory,
Beauteous Rosamond,
Sleeping so silently
One hundred years…

Come your awakening,
Phantasmagorical,
When a Prince Charming can
Conquer your fears.

Premium Member A Sound Like Quiet

Phantasmagorical forest and I am lost in a fog of pink and orange devouring blue screams and wanting white-tailed zenomorphs leading blackboard hearts beating in my brain a sound like quiet.

Premium Member Encapsulated Perfection

An aesthetic bottle garden
is a living, phantasmagorical jewel.
A treasured, ostentatious gem,
intricately designed,
artistically arranged and sustained behind a shield of glass.
Encapsulated perfection,
a splendiferous garden of paradise
juxtaposed with a sullied polluted Earth.
Form: Verse

Tangerines

Bright orange tangerines
Taste so sweet
Our lives play out
in an instant
a brief tune
Played on the cosmic piano
shadows creep up later on
Bright orange tangerines
Taste so sweet
You'll know the answer
when the clock strikes twelve
Midnight will bring
Phantasmagorical dreams
Bright orange tangerines
taste so sweet

              Imagine how
        phantasmagorical it'd be:
Living in harmony with Nature: wow!
      Imagine what you'd see:
pristine oceans, rainforests of emerald green,
and cerulean rivers, running clear and clean.
Think of what your children haven’t seen,
and picture the Earth as paradise: here and now.

Premium Member Cats On Broadway

He’d a fetish feline without doubt
so did Tom, his sick mania flout
make phantasmagorical
a new categorical
and then Andrew did let the cat out.

Twas a bargain at just half the price
Nunn and Weber made Memory nice
blending words of a poet
with some music to show it
to find lightning can sometimes strike twice.

Premium Member Life's Insincerities

In time lost hopes and wishes morph into daydreams as you realize hidden truths while reality no longer fuels fantasies and phantasmagorical soon disappears from your vocabulary forever. Years pass until suddenly almost overnight the innocence of youth is lost and you are left to deal with life's insincerities as your distinctive personality is reduced to memories of uniqueness.

Lost Into a Deep Black Hole

I was trapped
and bemused
feeling sad
and confused
a subatomic particle
lost into a deep black hole
and suddenly
you stuck in your magic telescope
and I opened up
like a flower
I shot out like a periscope
a mystical kaleidoscope
like a solar flare
without a care
my heart exploded into a supernova
and then,
I woke up in your constellation
a phantasmagorical revelation
so ecstatic
and divine
orgasmic
and sublime
I'm staying here forever,
until the end of time.

Premium Member A Coalescence of Sparks

A manifestation of God's word, The Big Bang created the universe: a phantasmagorical coalescence of sparks. Billions of galaxies swirl in the fabric of time and space like filigree clusters, set with pulsars and quasars, and massive black holes generating cosmic rays. Stewards of both life and death, stars define infinity as dark matter anchors gravity's web of threads, blurring boundaries of science and creation: life floats in an unfathomable sea of ebony.
