The Quiet

sailing sea in troubled storm
of night and darkly waters
guide the way and see me through
horizon, a breath away
closer now than before
bring me to peace
and the quiet

So Sweet and Divine

Love so sweet and divine
Their hand in mine
Taking me places
Treating me like a queen

Making me feel special
Showing me how true love is

thinking about them every minute of the day
dreaming about them at night

this love is all so right

Love so sweet and divine

Peace For Me Now

Peace For Me Now

	after Baghdad

On the table by the window
balanced on its spine

this leaflet
butterfly open

and still as a
butterfly.

Peace for me now
zephyr through leaflet.

Peace for me soon
caribou and snow,

loping caribou
and caribou reclining.

My protector in the night
Strung above me
Native to my heart
Protects me from evil
Nightmares get caught
And burn with the rising sun

My dream weaver
Dear friend
Protect me from evil
Not good ones but evil
That control my body
Take my mind

Oh Native Dreamcatcher!
Hear my plea
Protect me here
So mote it be

Finally

Its not right
dispite
this feeling inside.
I cant hide
the lies I deny
but I try
to fight to hide
the truth
and the proof is unfolding
and I'm holding the key
that will free me
from my own stupidity
that causes me to stumble
but if I'm humble
and hide my pride
and step out of this mindset
move on and forget
I may finally be
free and at peace.

Today

Today I am truly content,
within my life I feel ease;
Im not struggling within myself,
God has given me inner peace.
The struggles that I had yesterday,
that filled me with anger and fear;
When I gave them to the Lord,
all but disappeared.
How much extra pain we carry,
When we refuse our burdens to share;
Just take them all unto the lord,
in honest heartfelt prayer.

Just Being Free

Ill wear a lace dress and carry no stress, ill touch grass and feel peace at last, ill smell a
flower and feel its touch. Just for a day ill be free. Ill feel the warmth of a summers
glow just to breath is a gift I know, but all these smells feelings and wants will they
lead to a dark astray, like a blanket will they cover me or warm me in the cold. Ill give no
thought for right now ill just be free.

Just Me

If it’s just me and my mind
I’ll go crazy

          I need you

If it’s just me and my heart
I won’t feel

          Hold me

If it’s just me and my dreams
I won’t sleep

          Guide me

If it’s just me and my peace
I won’t rest

          show me tranquility

If it’s just me and my fear
I’ll stay afraid

          Calm me

If it’s just me alone
I’m a prisoner

          Free me

Remade

I'm walking alone down the road with no stone.People are here to try to make me
feel at home. I see right through they are not people, they are demons in my heart
keeping me evil. No one sees that i try to be me.I fight the good fight but it seems
to hurt me. I don't know why i feel so low, but its time to get up and join a new
show. Maybe ill join the ones less fortunate I hope I can lead them to rejoice it.

They Always Say They Love You

Laying in the bath last night I thought of my past,
A previous relationship that did not really last,
Told me she loved me with all her will and mind,
As she told others the same lines of the same kind.

I dug in her purse and found dirty pictures and a note,
All the things she said to me were not unique or remote...
So take my advice they claim you are the love of my life,
Dig around further you might find that dagger or that knife....
me

Inspired

Sky blue and baby's breath breeze
It's my time to do as I please
Pull my head from the sand
With pen in my hand
And lines from the grass on my knees

With hedges and fences to hide
My garden, it fills me with pride
Inspires me to write
even by moonlight
I still dont want to go inside

For I have no eye on the time
And a mental 'Do not Disturb' sign
With Rhymes and Haiku's
I've nothing to lose
The long day ahead is all mine

Jesus and Me

I indulge in sadness and fear it not
Blugeon me to death and watch me rot
See my terror fall fall at the foot of his cross
Look at HIS blood it covers a lot
He paid the price for you and me
So do not fall to the Devils greed
The love he shows for us is not fake
I wish for my soul to spiritually wake
For me to sing and pray
All to be merry in this gifted day
Rejoice in the Lord
For He has foretold
Accept my Love and I
And you shall have eternal life.....

Where Am I In My Walk With God

Where am I?
Have I not continued to seek
guidance from you?
Some days I feel your presence in
my life,
And others nothing,
I know you are still with me.
Sometimes when I think you are not
there and had run from me,
You are only trying to tell me
something.
What sometimes I do not know,
What I do know, is to slow down
and wait for You.
I trust in You.
You don't allow me to go astray.
Help me, Keep both my eyes in my
head and eyes of my heart upon
You.

Unsung

Unnoticed
Unsung
Interweaved into our busy lives
Forgotten miracle

Beyond the horizon
U brighten my day
Wake me up to beauty
Lull me to sleep in your gone glory
And when u are not around
I miss you

Awakening
Realisation
At how i took you forgranted
I am Regretful
Remorseful even
At how i let you go
Never let you know

Never took note
Of your beauty

I amd hopeful
Waiting
For when you will the clouds away and shine brightly through
My dear sunshine.
