waters of Spring
in the paddy field-
green shoots in my heart
NOTE-HI-KU is any English language variation on the Japanese haiku
Rice seedlings in hand, I transplant rice in the paddy field,
And as I lower my head I see the sky that water does yield.
For a good harvest, the roots must be kept pure and clean,
Moving forward is what stepping back does really mean.
(tran.)
In the wall-less room
I dream golden paddy field
Flying as the child kite
From the rain mountain
I drink natural water
Calmness comes in heart
Embroidered the sky
Fearless blue instead of death
Calling dream to life

When I saw them burning my paddy field,
I pleaded - DON'T!
When I saw them burning my house,
I pleaded - DON'T!
When they swang my baby into the the blaze;
I begged them - DON't!
Then they gangraped my pregnant wife,
Suffocating one inside,
I cried - DON'T!
Now they turned to me
To make me a ghost.
When I see my old lover
the grasshoppers on her cheeks
were unseen.
Her eyes became the
tomb of lost dreams.
Her stomach was like a
paddy field after the harvest
Her heart was like a
panting balloon.
Her body was like a
over ripe banana fruit.
When I see my old lover
the saffron sky on her face
had vanished.
And it has spread on
the cheeks of her
daughter.
She has finally come with her snowy sister, December is the month of showy harvest too , Like a little lamb,I followed my dear daddy, To see the pregnant paddy field ,
Which is ready to yield.
on doorsill I’m in
waiting breath,
waiting sight,
waiting sigh
they've gone at wink
wink-less day-
reminds it,
draws silhouette
album of souvenir
brings the pages of-
the withered paddy field,
the yellow fallen maple leaves,
dried up tears
skeleton of Phantom IV
crawling outside
cockroach flies away
the ant go away line by line
sun is already setting down
there is no more horizon
on doorsill I’m alone

Loneliness is lost ------
to see or touch the swing of the paddy
sheaf in the green paddy field at noon,
Or,
when the rain and the sun meet,
the rainbow is visible from the balcony ;
Or
when sitting in front of the window
the fallen story seems alive .
Loneliness is lost ------
In the afternoon see the dynamic view
of the dried leaves on the pond ,
Or,
when the twinkling lights of the stars
light up in the darkness of night ,
Because they are all your silent partner.
