For a funny dance

Mark gave his honest Instance
Of the very circumstance
In which men kept their distance
From Next-Door Neighbor Constance
Anchoring it in Mischance,
All Adams to take no chance,
As An Embittered Constance
Had thrice shot three from near distance,
Their mouths gaping in Askance, 
Even as their hit bodies did a funny dance …

The Knight
Shadows of a spell fall upon the lady.
Desperate she wove magic by the mirror,
Working the bow to spread her woken desire;
Playing with the threads of life in colorful scheme:

How she wished for a loyal knight to see her blush,
Fall in love with her beautiful pretty face,
Moments to touch her fragile grace in rapture;
But he this mischance truly became her curse.
