Holiday Greetings!

Lovers of cars, Papas sitting in the bars -
Somebody think how not to drink: milk holiday greetings
For driver meetings!

Premium Member Divorce Alley

Just hours before now
we were landscaped together
my 3 sons null, void
fateful meetings of goodbyes
Solitary confinement

A Busy Business Man

His first long meeting was about beatings
His second long one was about greetings
Not a stutter
He did mutter,
"I just now went to, two, too long meetings!"

The twin flames meetings
Link the synchronizations
That lead to the paths
When souls coalesce in one
Cognizing the other half

Premium Member Meetings of Minds

     Meetings of minds shine brightly…
        flicker erratically… inevitably die...

Premium Member In a Hotel Room

Their meetings were always clandestine
Often in the same hotel room
and on the same day and time
where by lustful desires they were consumed
and by the smell of cheap perfume

Premium Member Diet -- Tried It

I once knew a husky young man named Jim
Tried every diet he could to get slim
   He even stopped eating
   Attending the meetings

In the Twilight Half-Light

In the twilight half-light
our unfading purple dreams
of lover’s meetings
are transformed
to clearly established
rainbow-like
poetically emotional symbols
of epic serenity.

                                     What an awesome look
                                       Aquarius on the rise

And That Car Pulled

And that car pulled
Into my driveway
Tore up the pavement
And ripped out the memories
My life has been shadowed
By dancing lights
And fateful meetings
I’ll try to piece it
All together again

Warning

Come to the Meeting
The meetings begun.
The boy cried out
With a great yell.
You’re all welcome
Welcome to Hell!
Give a little bit less
Take a little bit more
What does it really matter?
We’ve all been there.

An Olympics Committee official said
"Women talk too much in meetings"
His resignation is being loudly demanded

Were a woman to say the same about men
~ She might even be reprimanded

I Found the Candle-Lit Gardens Comforting

On the longest midnight bloody unbalanced shores,
I since found the candle- lit gardens comforting;
that perhaps erased those desired, kindred
apparition meetings in my lunatic dreams.

Chance

They call them
Chance meetings
What chance
Did I have
In the space
of time
The sun rose
Or sets or
the time
a spin cycle
Tosses clothes
Too and fro
no rhyme
Or reason
To it
like us
Dry
Folded
and worn
Too often

Forsaken and Blue

Blue were my days and nights
when you would check on me,
with late-night conversations
and your playful words about meetings
Is it the days that I miss, or
is it you whom I long for?
This affair was forsaken from the beginning

If Given a Choice

If given a choice
Or had my own way
My current address
Is not where I’d stay
But rather I’d opt
For nautical terrain
And dwell along
The coast of Maine
No more meetings
Or phones or faxes
I’ll dig for clams
To pay the taxes.

Winning Mark

Collect gold metal seasons
Wrap them in a book
Treasure chest reasons
Pulled out on occasions
Touching inner heart
Meetings
At the end of each corner
Street tune
Going through
Private space stole
Challenge every good thing told

Premium Member The Talking Head

I have a green screen for Zoom meetings
If I wear a green shirt my body disappears,
So it looks like I am a disemboweled head
I have worn my green shirt a lot lately
And will more on Halloween month
For my students’ benefit and delight
