Spoken silently
The sound of love
And yet spoken loudly
The sound of thought
Madness, as it’s been labeled
Mad, as I’ve been labeled

I want to see you face,
When I close my eyes
I want to dream of you,
It may sound insane
It may sound obsessive
It may just be
That you captured my heart,
The air that I breathe
Seems to emulate you
The words from your lips
Seems to spew passion

The question remain,

With the frost on the window panes,
I see the face of a love long gone.
The sound of children playing in the snow used to bring me joy,
Now it leaves a pain in my soul.
The fire burns bright the sound of logs crackling fill the night,
But all I hear is the sound of my breaking heart.
The home we once shared is so lonely,
How I miss the love that once was mine all because not to my heart
I listened but to my mind.
