i looked up towards the heavens
among the birds and stars
i captured a glimpse

Untiled

u used 2 tell things so sweet. The way u looked at me knockd me off my feet. Nobody ever made me feel that way. When u kisd me nd held me it took my breath away. I dont understand u sumtimes becaus u act so strange. At times it makes me wonder IF UR LUV HAS CHANGED

The Sound of Silence

When I heard the sound of silence
It took my breath away
For I didn’t see it coming,
But wanted it to stay.

It enveloped all my senses
And kept the world at bay;
The world that somehow bested me,
The world that did betray.

It blocked out my uncertainties
And would not let them prey
On all the remnants of my hurt
That time could not allay.

Wave

Making a wave can change a person's point of view.
Who we are determines how big the wave.
An influence comes from every part of the soul and can be found all around the world.

The guitar plays through the air.
In a way that's more spectacular than the roar of a giant. Or if you plead, your very own
soul.
It took my breath away when I heard it, so don't be ashamed.
Just speak your mind and you'll always seize the day.

Fathers Feelings

i watched you come into this world
it took my breath away
i look at you
and cant believe
your're here to stay
i held you in my arms
so soft n tender you are
i will always b here for you
and never be afar
i love to watch you grow
and take you to the snow
camping, biking, hiking
oh, sweet child
you are so striking
i give you m heart
i give you my soul
in the heat
or in the cold
sometimes life
changes direction
but we will always
have a connection.

The Rainbow

A beautiful rainbow was painted in the sky
Arrayed with many colors, so I stopped and I stared
At the rainbow
The rainbow in the sky
And I thought of You
And the amazing things You do
And I smiled
I felt real good inside
I know how beautiful You truly are
So I praised You with all my heart
As I looked at the rainbow
The rainbow in the sky
The one You sent to us today
It took my breath away
What a sight
A sight it was
The rainbow
The beautiful rainbow in the sky

Premium Member I Heard a Bird Singing

I heard a bird singing
As I was on my way
It led direction for me
As it took my breath away

It warbled cheerfully,
From a tree above the snow
It spread its song gleefully,
What kind of bird, I wanted to know

I heard a bird singing
Its melody surrounded me
I turned in circles bringing,
Each note closer, to be free

It sounded like spring, in winter
A happy, fresh new start
Helping to release the splinter
And heal the pain within my heart

Pavarrotti In China

I have listened and watched this concert;
It took my breath away.
Pavarrotti was quite magnificent,
Sensational some would say.

Mama was an instant hit,
Sang with passion and with pride.
Il Traviatti was supremo
and came from deep inside.

He sang so many famous works,
He had us all in tears:
O Sole Mio and Nessun Dorma,
Will live with us for years.

He was given many curtain calls,
They acknowledged what he'd done;
giving accolades of praise
to opera's greatest son!
