Between
headland and
headland currents, strong,
circle, swirl,
swivel
and catapult
themselves around around.

headland and
headland the distance
never lessens
but
grows year
by year leaving
between them
cold
steel
sea.
Stands every headland upon

As the seal struggles to grip
