Wakening sun brightening my eyes
Fresh air funneling into my lungs
The taste of morning on my tongue
Rolling out the red carpet for the day
Ready to tackle whatever comes my way

searching you
minds eyes blue
stone cold rejection
reflecting rainbows hues
tides funneling through sand
mountains escape palms hand
mirrors pointing back at you
showing you a strander
being born holding
onto
a
lone view
Time is a tunnel of fears,
Funneling years
Down a spiral of darkening dread
Twisting ahead.
Somewhere the passage ends,
After it bends
Millions of labyrinthine turns:
Somewhere Man learns.
Somewhere and someplace we find
We’ve been but blind
Burrowing brutes in the devil’s night,
Shunning Christ’s light.
Into the funneling drains,
go the lesser drains,
as they flow or seep.
Culverts coalesce,
the rain keeps moving,
the flushed keep swimming
through their own
momentum.
Is there an end to the flowing,
the passing through?
The highest dams,
the longest levee or dike
cannot hold back,
not a single drop
of sky or earth.
Come here my love;
And let us worship our Lord and Savior, together;
Come here my darling;
And let us acknowledge God;
But it's us all three here, we'll be;
We shall be one;
Our lives just becomes;
Energies funneling letting our hearts beats as one;
And those our soul be molded together
We live on and on, on earth right here and later on also in heaven
