Time of the Year

It's the most frustrating time of the year.
It's sweater weather in the morning
And then by lunch time
You're sweating like it's your job.

Pretend Listeners

It's very frustrating, pretend listening
Their unfocused eyes, glazing and glistening
And despite their wide blank stare
They don't notice my eyes and menacing glare

A collection of ‘Love is…’ Poetry

'Eclipse'

Love is frustrating.
Love is confusing.
Love is so hard to say,
When you are so used to losing.

Premium Member Getting To Nothing

It seems that

It is all about

Getting to nothing..

No-thing..

It is "recognition"

Of not-two

Frustrating all

Assumptions of

Separation and of

This story as

Already nothing...

Dull

My
life
benign
so boring
nothing special now
I search in vain for excitement
I am trapped in a frustrating circle of the chase
I feverishly hunt my prey but my treasure always ends up being warped some how

Short Term-

There are times my long term memory is at home,
is quite frustrating when it packs its bags and roams,
one second a thought pops in,
before I know it it's gone again,
dang I forgot the last verse to this poem!

Rolling Change While Reading Poetry

Rolling change while reading poetry
Frustrating rolls
Frustrating words
Forty nickels
Forty syllables
Fifty dimes
Fifty lines
If I only had a quarter
For every word I read
I could have many rolls of pennies
And many pomes read

Premium Member Oh Wretched Fog

In the vaults of my mind is fog,
that grey speckled layer I scan,
vague vision a frustrating blur,
six sided ice crystal baleful,
a hindrance to glowing recall,
aerosol dangle, ground floater,
me beggar of radiant sun,
to banish that cloudy chaos

Premium Member - The Brain Fog -

    An overwhelming exhaustion
the brain is working in high gear
    Ability to stay focused
    feels incredibly frustrating

The curved wings of the gray heron
    seriously floating away
    Concentration is in free fall
    - a blue sky waiting tomorrow

Who's This Woman?

There's a new version of me here
I haven't understood her yet,
The old me from last week seems flawed
Deserving of forgiveness I guess.

How frustrating that I couldn't know
The answer before it happened,
The me that exists this moment
My soul could've had some rest.
