A Reunion
In twilight sleep, dreams flow deeply, through mind-halls.
Caverns and crevasses hold many memories; some of past lives.
Inundated with dreamscapes, memories float and surface, a mind-soul reunion.

Dreamscape
In a tranquil valley with banks dark and deep
Silted streams into dreary conduits seep
Shadows bearing yesterday's light on addled walls creep
Images from the dark recesses around each corner peep
Enchanting winds over the heightened senses do sweep
Animated figures from the bleary crevasses leap
Sorrowful clouds hover; o'er conscience penitent tears weep
In foggy redoubt, guarded fears and insecurities do heap...

Spring Reigns
Remnants of Winters tendrils
reside upon the bare basalt cliffs.
Cornrows of ice cascade
washed by relentless rain.
Down pours the mana
of Spring, the Bride,
berating the laggard Winter;
expunging the beauty of ice.
The sunless muted morn aids
Winters grip on its crowning glory;
braiding wayward wisps of white

The last, lingering, lustful

Personification
Conquering Self
What are mountains
But opportunities
To climb and conquer
Our fears
Of achieving
Our own
Magnificent potential
Overcoming the pitfalls
And crevasses
Loose boulders
Ravines and gorges
Dense thickets and forests
Or even bone-chilling snow
Pumping adrenaline
For a magnificent
View at the top
And the exhilaration
Of thumping our chests
With pride
To scream into the wind
“I DID IT!”

Un Ange Passez
Morning sun thumbs the thicker heart strings
With a shudder bass of pleasure
Adding rhythm to tenor falsetto wren songs
In suddenly lit shadowed crevasses
Still enjoying the quietnesses of sleep
A hawk screams in delight of rising air
We sip our fresh ground percolations
naked in the hot still water
Watching humming birds taste and guard feeders
Suddenly we're spell bound
She's all white, an angel
Her wings a halo of flourescence.
We are now awake....

Mystery On Mars
It’s hard for me to speculate about something
which portends to be a mystery,
while I already have the answer in hand.
There have already been assertions
and rather than butt heads
in exasperation,
just let me offer this.
Another set of photos,
offered up in evidence, since we
first surmised the sphinx.
They clearly show in three dimension,
the sphinx to be cliffs and crevasses of a mesa.
