Loathed Being Clothed When Betrothed
again he had loathed
wedding and way she was clothed
while being betrothed

Bare Notions, Ruminations,
Clothed to Deckout Summations,
Disinterring Buried Pebbles to Creations!
Dorset poet Wiilam Barnes they do say
a C of E rector in his day
Determined to de-saxonise
clothed his verse in dialectic disguise
White as light
Sleeping the night
Clothed in embers of doubt.
A mind so keen
Beauties unseen
Who will seek the truth to uncover.

The gate's infraction
Clothed in innocent beauty
Endless sleep awaits

Halloween Senryu - Poetry Contest - Laura Loo
pain
knocked
at the door
last night...
love answered,
invited it in,
fed it hope,
clothed it with faith,
and showed it the back
exit
Although physically naked we are born our soul is fully clothed in its divine regalia!

She had no pride
Standing naked before the world
Arms out-stretched
To God and sky
Until Spring waltzed in and
Clothed her.

Majestic beasts of the range
Clothed and fed many a nations for years
Massacred by the White Man's bullet
They all look the same
And lack any individual identity
Clothed in the latest
Every trend gets a show
They strut and pose
Always on constant show
Her words aren't cloaked in kind-falseness, but clothed in goodness from her true heart.

Might be due to being a mud slinger,
Which had looked like a humdinger;
When viewed,
Clothed or nude,
Then down house was a big bringer.

Persuaded by time,
clothed in rust, night reveals a
lonely Halloween...
Illusions of my childhood
drift away with falling leaves
The storm has worn itself out
leaving downed trees and flooded streets,
while the fullness of the moon
has clothed itself in a ring
of cloud induced rainbows.
Submission to the sleeping lion
Seeing his shadow as a place to lie in
The darkness of eternal obscurity and sin
Not unveiling our bright star clothed in skin
The Emperor jailed in wishful thinking,
where only he could be
As I escape inside myself
—a prisoner running free
(Villanova Pennsylvania: December, 2016)
Picked off wreckage
Clothed and learnt anew
A mile further
Vinous, soft love
Shown to sweet calm waters
Stirred by angels for my quench
Deligted, indebted heart
A spendthrift lady in New Orleans
clothed her wolfhound beyond her means
But he despised his top hats
and old-fashioned spats
Now he sports tie-died T-shirts and jeans
As see so cares
Yet she’s there
Bundled shrouded
Stichic rhyme blend
Clothed in my bare
He caress and shares

Impregnable boundaries-
The ransom of magic
Third eye wanders
Desiring swollen imagination
A cough, a sneeze
Clothed in value
Who knows true love
But what spent
Agony in pursuit
heavy
decorative
cloth
double
woven
diversely
bedecked

genially
montaged
sack
clothed
hanging
loose
in
the
realm
of imagination
Daughters of destruction, clothed without caution;
oh I see them in dresses of derision
....their laps sandwished in skirts of seduction
and their faces decked with colours of confusion.
A new star has risen; the old ones have faded
I stand staring at it stupefied, longing, jaded
Are you an answer to my calls sent into space,
Or just an apparition clothed in glorious grace?
