because

you bought it 

--last night—

That New Poem Smell

that Whoo-Hoo

in the

---Coo-Koo—

Such sweet

  balsamic

pickle juice and

   whiskey breath 

now perfectly 

turned,

(Oh, that wasn’t you?) 

---and blowing back---

in your face.

I am already thriving happily
and living extremely freely 
without any heaviness around
to sabotage my good vibes
Yet past people still linger 
because they never learned 
the true value of letting go 
Which is why I left them behind
and decided to move on happily
Without them to hold me back.

A whirligig of walnuts and crisp cranberries
Décor’s sweet dawn of strawberries
A fork and buds to taste
At first so cold then so warm somehow
As fiber and vitamins rush

1/2 CUP OF CELERY DICED
1 & 1/2 CUP OF ONIONS DICED
3 CUPS OF CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES
1 CUP OF APPLE JUICE
1 CUP OF BALSAMIC VINAGER
5 TABLESPOONS OF GARLIC
5 TABLESPOONS OF FISHSTOCK
1/2 CUP OF LIME JUICE
1/3 CUP OF CASHEWS
1/2 WHITE WINE
1 TABLESPOON OF CAYEENE

PUREE SMOOTH, STRAIN, AND COVER 6 CHICKEN BREAST
MARANADE OVERNIGHT ( OR FOUR TO SIX HOURS)
GRILL CHICKEN BREAST. REDUCE THE SAUCE TO SAUCE
THE CHICKEN!

Honey Balsamic Vinager
With lard braised porchettee topped
Rabbit with
Pareseam potato croquettes
Glazed carrots
and a onion cucumber salad
Fresh yeast rolls
and a choose of wine
Hazelnut and white chocolate mousse
With strawberries ,vanilla cake and
Whipped cream.


Roast squash
Roasted ostrich
Or goat
Creamy brown sauce
And potatoes
Broccoli and swiss cheese with bacon
Butterscotch eclairs
And expresso

October sunshine late afternoon
Time hasn’t fallen back yet
Six orange raspberries
Sweetly melted on my tongue
A second harvest
Missed by the catbirds
Found by the ants
A gallon or two of
tiny red and yellow
Tomatoes
To be halved and drenched 
In dark Balsamic
With perhaps a slice
Of hot pepper
Yellow
Not the fiery red
And a sip or two
Of Mountain chablis
Then maybe some
Devonshire
Or Chilton
With that hard crust bread
To dip in 
olive oil
