Flavors vie for attention Butternut squash cubes Balsamic vinegar tang Bold toasted walnuts Parmesan, parsley Subtle sage Yum!

No, you can use regular pasta, or sometimes I've cooked it for someone with a gluten allergy, so I've used other types of pasta, too. You cube a butternut squash and bake it with olive oil for 20 min at 400. Then for 5-8 min, you bake walnuts, then crunch them a bit. Well, let me know if you want the recipe - lol.

Thanks, Vandana. I think so, but then it's loaded with some of my favorite ingredients...but they do go together pretty well.

Thanks Kim! It's pretty tasty, not quite sure I did it justice. It's an interesting exercise to try to find adjectives to describe a food's taste.
