cold sweat forms salty
curled knuckles clench crisp sheets
no warm accompaniment

yet the Almighty speaks
augury tossed bones
angelic choirs soulfull speak...

Premium Member The Skies Above Are Blue
The skies above are blue
        And the sunshine is glorious
  Clusters of alabaster clouds suspend
Over a mountain shrouded in mist
A rainbow hovers over the dawn sky
An augury of a fine day

Fate
Oh! A shilly-shally puzzle it is
an oracle's unfulfilled prophecy
a snarl of vagrant kind it is.
A riddle quite hazy to resolve.
May the impending morrows,
untangle this weird rune.
May the tale bearer blurt out
the augury of my future.
Can it be a mirth or gloom?
The all knowing superior deity
laughs at my uncanny anxiety....

Crone
An withered crone in a park
where the young play.
Her eyes are deep set
but the blue within them is clear.
Her flesh clings to crooked bones,
yet she is a vision
there among the youthful,
a message for all those
who will overcome.
She’s foreshadowing, an augury
that we all must, in the end,
survive ourselves
with a formidable and life well lived....

The Augury
Through the maze of time I thread,
Even in the darkest hour,
It was a box of dream,
I opened and what a site it was,
It was an oracle of augury,
A plenitude of arpeggio,
And amidst this realm of melodies,
And the plethora of ecstasy,
There was sorrow, hatred, deceit,
And with a feeling of dismay,
I asked my self,
What an augury of ecstatic sadness?
An unpredictable region of byzantine....

Omen Augury
If we notice that this world
will change over time
because cities rejuvenate
with the years...
If the landscapes change
before our eyes,
If green turns yellow
when it matures
that white, darkens in the sun..
Why don't we portend
that life will carry on
in due time,
or with another time...
life is already eternal
such a long time...
Life is poetry within and a poem...
Poetry is God,
God does not die...!...

Looking For An Augury
Relieving from sorrows of ‘samsara’
Looking for an augury
Wasted Time is up
I will not close my eyes
Looking at the eyes of Buddha
Immersing in the
Overflowing metta stream
Enlightening the mind

Wash the dirt off
Awakening the five faculties
Taking the piety flowers
Blooming in the heart
Offer Buddha feet

Locate in Ariya path
Leading to Nirvana relief
Cutting off ‘Raga’ suffers
Wrapping my body
Worship Buddha feet...

Twilit Love
The days where the morning dusk ,
Stars timorous to light up at night.
A drop of clear salty liquid
rolled like rainstorm,
At last Love brought grievance.

Deluded by your love
Illusively dancing with you in white,
In a desert filled with roses.
Where fearing Love
pays death servile breath.

An augury which may never be,
Stupor by this love,
Disguised as felicity,
Let it be known that your love
portends the End of my Days....

Sharp Murals
Nevermore you will talk
of the forked tongue.
The genie was out-
in the jungle of legs.

Hunger was in plain sight.
You were wary of the wild-
dogs hounding at your gate.
An augury of some spilled blood ?

Lachrymal, the soot trickles
down from the black eyes on-
the marbled breast of a lone
survivor in the city of tombs.

Exhume you must the naked
truth ? I will not ask the name
of the ravisher, in this crowd
of fast disappearing shoes.

Trust
If once broken, Cannot be mended. So crestfallen, Endless bereavement! It is trust, I talk about. Carefully we must, Handle it around. All aren't worthy, Likewise the few. Treat it lowly, Later you rue. Faith once lost, Is gone forever. Peace stays not, Agony you savour. It does haunts, Like ghosts overhead. You, it taunts, Your solitude led. "Don't trust easy!" Said experience. Sneered augury, Whence, promised pertinence.
