A lame duck in life
Left with only his rhymes
Persistent and subtle
Left to wither in time
In life left with no rebuttle
Only his inferior rhymes
Life do me no favors taking time
My hopless persistence in a worthless rhyme
I look upon my world and think
I see my life before me blink
Endlessly I search for the missing link
For the life of me I cannot find it
This soul of mine is fretting for something
What it is I am unsure and uncertain
It makes me restless so very anxious
I see my life before me blink
As I look upon my world and think . . .
Form:
Tired and weary, sad and confused,
Unwanted, unloved, used and abused,
Taken for granted a grey life to live,
Done everything for everyone,
Nothing left to give.
Not needed, not wanted,
What else to say,
A slave to everything
In every way.
None to love and loved by none,
No word of hope. No, not one crumb.
A life so hard, and oh so bare,
Grey and used and lying there.
Standing on the bridge of immortality,
Looking down at the Realms unknown,
Disgusted at the people of Earth,
Seeing innocent lives being slaughtered for no reason,
The fury in my heart to see man taking life for granted ,
Has caused me to unleash my wrath,
To teach them a lesson that one must take life for granted ,
Abusing others out of greed and ignorance.
to be continued....

Form:
Sitting on a Wall
Waiting.
Waiting while fools rush by,
Worn down heels, trodden on
Then thrown away, to be left
Sitting on a Wall.
Wondering
Wondering why I was born to be
So I could see no rhyme, no reason,
For me to be
Sitting on a Wall.
Dreaming;
Dreaming of a life with you
At the centre of a galactic whirlpool
Of infinite life and depth
The stars rush round me and I’m left
Sitting on a Wall
the jailhouse blues have consumed me
the life that I lived has doomed me
for all of the things I've done so wrong
the law says this is where I belong
society says that justice is due
for a life of crime and mischief too
if only I knew then what I know now
I' have lived my life different somehow
so here I sit feeling so sad
because of the things I did that were bad
I know I have no right to complain
my crimes and bad deeds, I cannot explain
On the day of new claimed values
Dawn was celebrated together
Abscond to a new life just to breathe
Gone are the days of your fair weather
Morning comes, life goes on
Warnings forgotten, party harder
Mourning a youth wasted in drinks
Adorning memories with placated ardor
Who will remember your remorse but you?
You regret for no absolute reason
To admit to yourself, nothing stays the same
True remains the thought throughout your seasons.
