One man of no direction
Living with immortality and screams
Voice over uncontrollable dreams
Exhibits hostility over injustices
Rebounds with amity and kindness
Invincible and unbreakable, but sober
Navigates the world over
Enlisted service man and man of his word

Our Generation Died That Day

Our Generation died that Day!
Nothing else that you can say!
They were riding in the Lincoln,
The crowd wore short sleeves, the weather stinkin'
Everyone was feeling good,
The Vice President's neighborhood!
Suddenly, there came a sound,
Confused, the onlookers hit the Ground!
Suddenly, all Hell broke loose!
A Secret Service Man jumped on the car, to be its caboose!
Had it not been for Fate,
November 22nd would not be a day to hate!
Had it not been for a broken back,
He would not have worn that brace, Poor Jack!
Then, at the very first shot,
Lower in the seat, he could have "got!"
Alas, it was not to be,
Our Generation died, You, and Me!
