Sega Poems

All Yours

Sometimes I sit and contemplate
Did I enter way to late
Other times I’m forced to think
Was it good or did it stink
Late I night it’s on my mind
Was it not one of a kind
Maybe the subject was just not right
or I overused the word goodnight
I read the directions yet again
Grab a paper, pick up my pen
I start to write and then I edit
I will not just say forget it
“All Yours” my arch-nemesis
Like years ago Sega Genesis
I will not quit there’s no defeat
I’ll write till my work’s complete
and you know what? If I don’t win
I’ll enter the contest yet again
The sponsor’s tough, yeah I know it
He will not defeat Nurse Evi, I am the poet!!!

No More Lives To Lose

My character seems to be dead
but i am
just away
from keyboard
Shortened time
seems longer
and seconds last for years
Evil lives in residence
The labyrinth brought multiple dooms
Hey was followed by Mario
Sega sang its name
Bandicoots and spinning dragons
Tekken was not mortal
Crashes brought the bonus
and the car theft was grand
and from the silenced hill
the hitman calls his duty
fallout has no creed
and the last of us will stand

A match was struck
That made a small fire.
Boughs and boughs were added
That lit up the bonfire.
As the flames soared and swayed
They danced to the sega and music made.
As hips they began to rotate
And hands they gestured
Others joined, squealing with delight.
Sparks after sparks the fire threw
And the fun grew and grew.
Like the shooting stars above
Away their worries flew
Andtheir hearts tickling with love
Brought pleasures new
Till body, flames and drumbeat
Rocked injoy after joy in gentle heat
And rocked yet more together
Locked in forever and ever.

Some Hero

I wish i had my abs creased n an muscles on My body
With a mask on my face so the girls call me Hotty
Or swing through a city like Spiderman would
And have a girl to rescue that i saved from some hoods
Maybe have a catch phrase like iono, something silly
Like stopping a crook with my hand out like "Really?!"
Even walk around a store just to act like im normal
An people look at me n light even while im buying up *****
I could meet all the other heros an act like im cool
Then do something stupid an act like a fool
Damn, team up with Spidey cause that guy there is awesome
Or get with the Knight and take over Gotham
Straight ham on some villians an make me a nemesis
So later we can make up an play Sega Genesis
A hero a kid can look up to an b like mommy
That heros so cool, im gonna join n the army!
Id go home at night with great satisfaction
An well thought plans for next days pro action..
I am ThatGuy
