Do No Harm And Sleep well
Frustrations and struggles
amount to rage, if not insanity;
do away with all craziness,
forgiveness can bring serenity!
Do no harm and sleep well;
if revenge is all you pursue,
be assured that'll you'll hurt
yourself for a selfish quest!
Don't be obsessed and get even,
who did wrong, walks in hot fire:
he couldn't escape from his pain,
he hopelessly hangs on thin wire.
Do no harm and sleep well,
replace anger with awareness;
much less will be your darkness,
your choices are: Paradise or Hell!
Think again and ring no bell,
hurting others is no excuse:
who hides behind the mask
of a fool, doesn't or won't ask
himself the outcome of abuse.
