Slow down dear
Slow is better, slow down now,
let go of thought and allow,
music of soul, to surprise,
as does at dawn, the sunrise.
To hold poise in midst of noise,
as soul presence that enjoys,
the gap at each interlude,
Is how bliss beats are renewed.
Meld with silence, dissolve thus,
that fears no longer nonplus,
reborn with each breath intake
and in timeless time awake.
