When Your Words Fumble

In the Network of miscommunication, I stumble,
Trying to convey my thoughts, my words fumble,
A jumble of sentences, lost in the rumble,
A tangled mess, my explanations crumble.

I strive to make things right, but only dig deeper,
Words fall flat, misunderstood by the listener,
The hole I’ve dug grows wider, my resolve weaker,
Trapped in a cycle of chaos, a captive seeker.

Every effort to clarify leaves me more entwined,
A twisted narrative, a puzzle I cannot unwind,
Lost in a maze of my own creation, confined,
The clarity I seek remains stubbornly undefined.

Frustration builds as I struggle to be heard,
Yet the more I speak, the more my message is blurred,
Locked in a prison of missteps, my vision blurred,
I wish for a way out, a solution preferred.

So I stand in the wreckage of my communication gone wrong,
Overwhelmed by the mess I’ve made, feeling the sting strong,
Hoping for understanding, a chance to move along,
But trapped in this tangle of missteps, I continue to long.
