It's a beginning of a new season
the beginning of a new session
For the student, after last session
The season for promotion to the next
At Sapele Technical College, Sapele
College of creativity and insights
A prominent school near by, good in craft
Construction, catering, business admin and more
They return happy, healthy and ready
Ready? to study ahead for their exams
Happy? For it's their final year session
Healthy? to face the season without drifting
Finally we meet again, happily said by the teacher
They were happy, to be back in school
Happy? to re-unite with friends again after been away
Attention said again by the teacher while
Smiling happily he ought, as they converse
Yelling !!!!
Teacher; when it's too hard??
Students; Gonna push through!!
Teacher; Because??
Students; Capable of doing anything
We puts our minds to
Teacher; But seems impossible??
Students; That's not true!!
Teacher; Why??
Students; We always overcome that which
we put our minds to without despair
The teacher whispered softly;
Wanna push through, stay consistent
Without resistance
Be open and receptive to learning
A reason for the season and session.
