Ludicrous

“We are not alone in the universe. They have been coming here for a long time.” Quote by; Edgar Mitchell. I dismiss the belief we are alone in the universe as somewhat ludicrous. The Holly Bible states that the sons of God, or watchers, and the daughters of Man bred. I believe that among all the planets orbiting their stars we’ll find life is common. And aliens mined Earth and left puzzles in the form of wonderment, carved in stone. (Double Merse) 03/15/2023 Writing Challenge - 'L' Words Sponsored by: Constance La France Merse Created by Malabika Ray Choudhury, this is a two-stanza short descriptive 12-line poem, with the following syllable counts 1-2-3-4-5-6 and 6-5-4-3-2-1.
