April’s Enchantment
April arrives on a whispering breeze,
An artist’s touch upon the trees.
Violets and tulips paint fields in bloom,
Their colors chase away winter's gloom.
For its Spring's grand stage, her radiant hour,
When the earth awakens in petals and power.
Cherry blossoms drift like ethereal snow,
A fleeting beauty, a sacred glow.
Earth Day calls with a resolute plea,
To honor our planet, the land and the sea.
Hands unite in a global embrace,
To heal and protect this cherished space.
April showers, with their soothing refrain,
Wash the world pure in their silver-chain rain.
They hum a promise, soft and low,
That May’s blossoms will soon grow.
Easter whispers of hope's return,
Candles flicker and hearts discern.
Passover chants its ancient lore,
Of liberation, and what faith restores.
Poetry lingers in April's air,
Each word and verse are a moment rare.
National Poetry Month invites us to see,
The rhythms and rhymes in life's melody.
Arbor Day speaks for the souls of trees,
Standing steadfast in the breeze.
We plant, we cherish, we strive to preserve,
The rooted wonders we must conserve.
Seasonal wildlife delights the eyes,
Ducklings waddle; birds trace the skies.
New life abounds in meadow and stream,
A living poem, a waking dream.
Longer days stretch their golden embrace,
Lighting the hours with a gentle grace.
April’s sun weaves tales anew,
Of life refreshed, of skies so blue.
Yet whimsical April, a shape-shifter coy,
Brings storms and sun with equal joy.
Her dynamic dance, so wild, so free,
Reminds us how divine change can be.
And nestled within April’s grand display,
Are birthdays of love, a personal bouquet.
Your baby girl, your grandma dear,
Adding their magic to the month’s cheer.
Oh, April, you keeper of spring’s sweet treasures,
A month of hope, renewal, and pleasures.
Every blossom, each drop of rain,
Sings of life’s cycle, again and again.
