Heart's Bareness
Heart I feel you beating in my chest. You are deep in the cavity of the
wall, flanked by ribs to keep you in place.
Why isn't it good for my figurative heart to be bare, without the coverx?
Is it because to show the degree of love, joy, peace, sadness, hurt,
dissappointments, or anger would leave it vulnerable to a pin point
attact?
To repair a beating heart means to cut thru skin, tendons and bones
perhaps but what of the emotional one?
It may take climbing over walls, under doors and thru curtains.
But how to protect both is the quextion?
To allow them to shine in the vulnerability of love may be
A start.
