She Pleaded Her Case

She pleaded her case
She was a child dressed up in white lace.
She was told that people she know their place.
She knew then that the world leaders were just a disgrace.
She saw how they put people in different categories according to race.
Tears of sorrow fell down her face as she thought what a waste.
She began to speak without any haste.
She started to cry as she pleaded her case.
She started to talk in a slower pace.
She jumped to her feet as she looked in their face.
She pulled her hair back and she said this with grace.
We are one race, so where is your place

Floyd Pleaded

He vomited bitter words:

Please, I can't breathe
My stomach hurts
My neck hurts
Everything hurts
They are going to kill me

It is the 21st century
But his color was his crime
Spoke like a lonely caged bird
Lost his body to the ground
Cause his skin was a symbol of
inferiority

He pleaded sorrowfully like a child
His words were highly unrecognized
Not because of the content of
his character,
But because of the color "Black"

It was a day full of pains
Minneapolis can't sleep
Neither eat, nor breathe
Another soldier was brought down
Because of the color that birthed him

The whites say:

Being black is a sin
Being black means inferiority
Being black means dangerous
Being black means monkey
When will justice ever fight for a black
man or woman?

Black is not a mistaken identity
King's dream has been swallowed
Every second along those streets of
America
A black person is damaged, dead and
buried.
Oh Floyd!

He was killed by natural selection
Forced to visit his ancestors
Left with pains and frustrations
Sadness covered his face
When will black people be judged by
their characters and not skin colors?

Thrive On-Hc

One must learn to thrive
Three years of perseverance
Two now pleaded lenience

Three bleeding hearts…. what about the scars, she could never discard?
Everything is fair in love and war; two swords do not fit into one scabbard.

IN YOUR MERCY GRACE AND LOVE FORGIVE ME LORD--

Render unto me Lord
An anointing
Grant me thy power
I adorn thee Oh! God
In your mercy grace and love forgive me Lord~

Lord steadfast guide me
Keep and protect me
Father, I am yours

I am repentive, this did I mention
Oh, God keep me
Christ Jesus apply thine mercies
I am so sorry for those sins I’ve done;
In your mercy grace and love forgive me Lord~

I thank you for freedom of choice
Lord God I call now on your voice
We you now Father come be my host

Render unto me Lord
Thine anointing so
That I maybe thy holy child
Grant me thy power
I want to be showered
In your mercy, grace and love
In your mercy grace and love forgive me Lord~
Alleluia

I Pleaded the Fifth

There's a story from Dixon
About some ole drunk
Who came in the courtroom
Drunk as a skunk

When asked by the judge
Sir how do you plea
He pulled out a 5th
And said this ones on me

Unsure what he meant
The judge threw him in jail
Without that ole bottle
Without chance of bail

When his attorney asked him
Why cause such a rift
He simply stated
I pleaded the fifth

When word of the meaning
Got back to the judge
He released him the same day
It caused such a buzz

All the people in town
Still chomp at the bit
To tell the story of Barney
And how he pleaded the fifth

Unsure what he meant
The judge threw him in jail
Without that ole bottle
Without chance of bail

When his attorney asked him
Why cause such a rift
He simply stated
I pleaded the fifth

The day Barney died
The judge came to grieve
Said here you go Barney
This ones on me

So if you pass through Dixon
Or just stop for a bit
You'll hear the story of Barney
And how he pleaded the fifth

When the judge found it funny
He chose to acquit
And old Barney won
When he pleaded the fifth

Premium MemberShe Pleaded and Teased

She pleaded and teased.
I could hear her cries clearly in my head. I was not in the mood. I had decided to give her the silent treatment for at least a little while, her antics and giving pleasure were always with great consequence.
I walked passed her several times, she was glancing at me with an allure like no other. She looked so tempting in her golden frock. Tantalizing me wickedly she waited. Was I going to give into her once more? I could smell her, taste her almost. Her intoxicating smell filled my senses. Who was I kidding, she was my mistress, my delightful, sinful, yet lawful pleasure. I undressed her swiftly, naked she stood, waiting and ready as I poured her into my glass. I just had to have her there and then, she clouded my judgment only for an instant, as she always does before she relaxes me so completely. Ah, I just enjoyed her so much, as I savored her to the very last drop.

Pleaded

unprotected in my own home
I beg to be loved
as I am dying alone
every second of everyday
I'm falling apart
please Lord oh please
send someone to mend my heart

but my prayers go unanswered
and the abuse gets worse
everyday life is now
becoming a curse
this is my only escape
from reality
It's still dropping me
just as hard as gravity

its pretty bad when every
poem I rigtht
makes the child inside me
cry to sleep at night
begging and pleading
to stop the pain
before the child within
goes utterly insane

if I don't cry tonight
will you stop,
if I don't yell tonight
will the pain halt
if only for a second daddy
If only in my sleep
please daddy dont hurt me again
my bodys to weak

Mommy slept straight
through the night again
no worries he said
it's just his little friend
but the pain was unending
the hurt was uncaring
no matter how hard I tried
I couldn't stop glaring
