I look at the starry sky
Another day
Passed me by
Another day
I’m getting older
More
Piles on to my shoulders
The world rest on me
The stars fly high
I’m losing myself
Putting it on shelf
To help others who can help themselves
But i let it pile on
It’s mile high
Using me to reach the sky
I can plea
But they don’t bother with me
They listen to me
Another day gone by
That i put away my values
To be a better person
I don’t want them to fumble
So I become a base point for them
I pile it on
And sing a song
Of fake
Mabey the next day
I’ll stop and give it away
Oh crap i missed another day
My mama was a lady
the monitor of my day.
Poop was a word I seldom heard
and was not allowed to say.
Number one and number two,
we took to outdoor two-holer,
but I knew everybody did it,
even mom and my sis in her stroller.
Seagulls and crows are lucky.
they just do it on the fly.
Humans must clean the messes up
when they come to us from the sky.
We carry litter bags with us
when taking our dogs for a stroll.
We know that keeping the streets clean
should be everybody's goal.
Livestock owners are lucky.
They just pile it on the ground
where it turns into a rich compost
for which eager buyers abound
I wish I had known of that word
when I was a young girl, because
I could have told her I was making compost
just like everybody does..
It’s funny now
To know the truth
That all you care about is you
Your squinty eyes and sneaky smile
You had a plan all the while
Pretend to care
Say some words
And then not care
Who you hurt
Cause your plan is #1
All others be damned
Your having fun
You pile it on
Cause I can take it
Curse my name
And try to break me
But evil does
As evil see’s
Wait for my plan
