My friends, you are friends,
Hence me calling you friends.
What friend does not address his friends with “friend?”
I make it clear I am your friend,
Otherwise I would be an enemy
In search of the gullible and foolhardy.
Which, by coincidence, are categories you so perfectly fall under,
But I am your friend, not an enemy.
Do not mislabel me, or dangerous consequences may follow,
And, incidentally, I may become your enemy.
I do not wish to be an opposition, my friends.
My friends, my friends,
You are my friends,
And I hold no other friends,
Because you are my friends,
My camaraderie,
For I trust you to not be my enemy,
As you trust me to be your friend.
I can feel your enthusiasm, so may this friendship last forever.
Ill will
Hatred
Malignant
Malign
Malicious
Spiteful
Dirt under feet
Have tried
Have cried
The woes
The strife
The sleepless nights
Haunting thoughts
Of no one there
Fills the air
Something of sorrow
Today and tomorrow
Where do we borrow
Hearts not made of sorrow
Life that's not hollow
Or made to wallow
Misjudge
Mislabel
Misgiving
Misfortune
The dead and
The living
Kicked when down
It's all around
The cycle is long
And overdue to end
It just takes a moment
Humanity
