Autumn ultimately unveils it all,
Basking in bold bohemian design,
Pastoral poets’ inspiration shrine -
Enlivens lavishly before the fall.
Winter ultimatum trumps with chill swing -
Impetus frozen by a frigid muse -
Sublimating into slumbering blues,
Melting away under the spell of Spring.
Spring’s ultimate pizazz wafts in the air,
Awakening the passions of pristine -
Romance’s timid touch from hues of green,
Blush to blossom under Summer’s hot stare.
Summer struts with an ultimate demand -
Party for all disciples of the sun -
Sweet sweat of dog days in the languid run,
Til Autumn takes a precedented stand.

Mint ripple spasm cool shrouds pulse my sprig fount
I shriek at cusp of dawn cricket hymn sheet peep
lambent cosmos vivid hues splash lilac wisps
upon my psychic visual wellspring blind float
golden petal yellow bird magnolia
I hoard as eye floss gemstone centrepiece
nirvana’s mauve lip step ladder an archway
to ecstatic rush reed clustered gateway’s hasp
inner self kaleidoscopic cartwheel swerves
sketch nightingale bone marrow spine chill belle chants
Yet the honeysuckle pastel strewn mead I
plod unveils ear worm madrigals of pure bliss.

The mind rises in Love
and the heart lets fall its tears
The soul longs to reach what is above
and the pain mends its fears
The night unveils its shades
and the dream reveals its joys then disappears
The moon drops its light
and a blissful air the very soul wears.

What is within
even under words skin
hard to see
decrypt and read
A ravishing power
a true Light
In the broad extent of dark
I would hide.
*****
A treasure..
a gift from the divine
that expands the world of the heart
feeds a craving
fuels a life
and here I am
rising..
in Love, I rise.
*****
A force waving into my soul
drifting a bewildered whole
as the hand of God
traces a path
weaves a life
I just have to quieten a storm
sense a bond
and willing be to attain a goal.

Thank you, coronavirus, I can’t sleep
Thank you, coronavirus, I can’t dream
Your smiles are memories I cannot sweep
Your global tours helped boost your self-esteem
Day by day my heart listens to the blues
As I can kiss, embrace and glance no more
Facebook speaks like we have a life we’ll lose
The faces of pure art unveils no more
The people I love I must refrain from
The people I think of. I can’t sense them
Look at what our rich nature has become.
Something must be done. There must be some gem
My gem will be those lullabies of joy
My gem will be those sweet songs they’ll enjoy
At midnight he appeared—
his face brighter than the sun.
I whispered, “Sleeping Prophet,
you are here.”
He did not speak,
only smiled,
and from his forehead
a radiant light poured forth.
The room grew darker,
the silence deeper.
“You gave more than fourteen thousand readings,
and many came true in your lifetime.
The world has not forgotten you,
Nostradamus of our age.”
Through the green language of the soul
he asked me what I longed to know.
I said, “Tell me of Gaza—
what shall come?”
He answered not in words,
but in currents of fire:
“Everything unfolds with reason.
War unveils what was hidden.
It began on the seventh day of October—
seven, the number of completion,
perfection, divine fulfillment.
And 2023 itself was a seventh year.”
He paused,
and the silence trembled like thunder.
“A new Gaza shall rise.
The world will turn against Israel,
even her closest allies.
For blood is holy—
and when it soaks the earth,
it cries louder than swords.
The war was born in the tenth month.
One and zero—return to one.
From hero to zero shall Israel fall,
and the world will never
be the same again.”
The light faded,
and he was gone.
Confusion wrapped me like smoke.
I looked at the clock—
00:00—
the hour when heaven
and earth
stand still.
Yet a whisper lingered in the dark:
“From ashes, truth is born.
What is broken shall be remade.
And beyond sorrow’s shadow,
a dawn more radiant
than the sun will rise.”
Within Eudaimonia's warm embrace,
Where virtues blossom, joy finds its space.
Theoria's gaze, a piercing ray,
Unveils hidden truths that guide our way.
On virtue's path, we strive to find,
A life of purpose, for heart and mind.
In contemplation's depths, we delve,
Seeking wisdom's light is a treasure to delve into.
Eudaimonia's song, a gentle hum,
Of flourishing souls, their goals are overcome.
Theoria whispers, secrets unfold,
Guiding hearts to truths, both brave and bold.
In virtue's dance, with wisdom's wings,
Eudaimonia and Theoria sing.
In yearning hearts, in minds set free,
A life of meaning, for eternity.
Spring Rebirth
Spring wakes from hibernation on warm days
which March allows, near closure of her reign.
But, since she's fickle, wind and snow regain
the right to visit, spread their frosty glaze.
Yet, mostly, we will see new growth displays,
encouraged by spring air and April rain,
that splendidly repaint the dull terrain,
with verdant wash and lovely pastel haze.
Our reborn spring unveils her youthful glow,
unfolding on the plains and mountain crests.
Along the valleys and their streams below,
her blooms and leafy trees grace each plateau.
And coupling among creatures soon bequests
new life...to multiply, replenish, grow.

There are some great people
Who treat you as their own pupil
Until you confront a trouble
some great persons are there
All the euphoric events they share
After fathoming your agony, don't they dare care
There are some great minds
To hear your happy verses they incline
And when you lament, they abruptly decline
By embracing you, they make you ween they are gem
And desperately shove off, when you need them
Not even the almighty can predict their traits
But the time could rip up the masks tight
And when you perceive them and try to dodge
Ungrateful person you are, they accord a badge
When time unveils these personalities
Be thankful that it also retrieved your ability
Having discerning true faces of those great peep
Be thankful that you are able to know them deep
Merge urge with surge to hurl short fest,
Invite the heart to feel quest spark;
Charm moves sad dirge in spellbound jazz,
Reprise old art to forge new mark;
Obscure yet grand that laurel wreath.
Taste thought unique in sharp outbursts,
Attain dear friend where impulse breathes;
Leap with technique high pulse and thirst,
Expose the strains in sheer delight.
See sense contrast in vibrant feel,
Wear sweet refrain in crystal light;
Ink unveils thrust as poignant will,
Rich devotion spreads art in flesh,
Laughs shape passion in mystic dash.

Best case scenario -
my fame walking on two legs
wearing a golden helmet
(I made a bowl which I hammered
out of a lump of copper in workshop-class
aged 14, not good,
but all is golden now, for he who comes after me
has written an autobiography
that has left-out most of my failed handiworks).
He speaks from the empty shell
of a hermit crab. Distant stars love him.
He continues restoring my poems
long after they have crashed
into brick walls.
Or, he may come as the woman,
the one I have been seeking
in that frosted window of a past life,
She who I can only recall
when drunk on Blue Nun wine,
a Liebfraumilch that knits
all star-crossed lovers together
as they write themselves
quietly out of history.
In that almost land
my beloved unveils herself,
waits for my mind to open
like a blushing coral
sea anemone.
On the other hand,
he who comes after me
that man who watched my life
as if my body were at the bottom of a cliff,
he who also goads me to tinker with words,
converting them into land-mines
that sometimes maim.
If he shows up after my life
then I am going to haunt him
because he deserves to be scared
of a guy like me.
