Rising In Love

The mind rises in Love
and the heart lets fall its tears
The soul longs to reach what is above
and the pain mends its fears
The night unveils its shades
and the dream reveals its joys then disappears
The moon drops its light
and a blissful air the very soul wears.

*****
What is within
even under words skin
hard to see
decrypt and read
A ravishing power
a true Light
In the broad extent of dark
I would hide.

*****
A treasure..
a gift from the divine
that expands the world of the heart
feeds a craving
fuels a life
and here I am
rising..
in Love, I rise.

*****
A force waving into my soul
drifting a bewildered whole
as the hand of God
traces a path
weaves a life
I just have to quieten a storm
sense a bond
and willing be to attain a goal.

*****
The mind rises in Love
and the heart lets fall its tears
The soul longs to reach what is above
and the pain mends its fears
The night unveils its shades
and the dream reveals its joys then disappears
The moon drops its light
and a blissful air the very soul wears.

Besma my dear friend, life is so hectic, but must always make time always to read your wonderful creative soulful writes - I sincerely enjoy them - your opening and closing verses give this poem great appeal! So gracefully do you write about the soul, for without a soul there is no love and without love there is no heart - God is our path to everything, Our Omniscient Omnipotent God. Love your talented write as always my dear friend. Miss you - Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

What is Life If it has, sees, or feels no love? The Soul the Spirit, the Heart and the Mind all need its Lights, its Bounty and its Magnificent Gifts! Surely such are the sweetest Treasures that Life can offer. Your very fine poem gives that as its primary message to me and is truly a welcomed gift and a most inspiring one to receive.. A fav- a true and gleaming gem too.

I like the way your first stanza makes both the opening and closing arguments serving ably as bookend to your superb message: The mind rises in Love and the heart lets fall its tears The soul longs to reach what is above and the pain mends its fears. Superb poetry, Besma. Enjoyed the read and your message.
