Georgie Porgy pudding and pie
Was trying to think of an alibi.
He should have been in a corner
Sharing pie with little Jack Horner;
He’d been rudely awakened that morn
By little Boy Blue blowing his horn,
To find he was cuddling little Bo Peep,
Still in his arms and fast asleep.
She’d awakened with a shock
And run of to tend her flock.
He wandered off to the Knave of Hearts
Hoping he’d not finished all those tarts.
He gave a wave to Jack and Jill
As they both ran up the hill.
He heard a yell and turning around
Saw young Jack come tumbling down.
He rushed off to find a miss
Or three or four for him to kiss,
Then spend hours running away
When the boys came out to play.
Life was good most of the time
Here in the land of Nursery Rhyme
Except you had to play your part
Every time some one made a start
And told your tale to the very end
Enough to drive one round the bend.
Georgie Porgy pudding and pie
Rushed off to work with a sigh
Thing could have been worse after all.
Think of poor Humpty sat on his wall.

I chose to run but what would have
thing's been like if I had stayed
30 / 10 / 2022
After my Dad received his Cancer diagnosis
Later when he was eventually ready to
do so he gathered all of us his family
together and told us
And half the way through him telling us I
myself had already in my head and
heart begun to plot my escape and run away
Because that is what I do and sum's me
and who I am up ever so succinctly
And that is exactly what I did I got on
an aeroplane as fast as I possibly
could and flew away because I
couldn't run that far
Then I got that dreaded phone call from
my mum telling me if I wished to see
him before he's gone I had better
come home immediately
As his time was running out quickly
It was time to make our peace because
he is about to meet his maker
So I came back and I am so glad I did
because that may well be the best thing
I ever did and also the very best quality
time we ever actually spent
And quite frankly I was embarrassed and
should rightly have been told and been met
with vitriol by him and my mom who
had taken such dedicated loving care of him
But what difference would i have made
if I had have chosen to stay and not run away
Being brutality truthfully honest to myself
probably none not a 1 single iota thing
would have probably have changed
at all or I made better
Otherwise I would have probably stayed
and never left at all
You see that's just me in a nutshell
sill up until this day
Always, always
Running away
Never towards
Or staying
My dad always said of me I chose
to play in goal because I hated or
didn't like running and boy was he
right
Unless it came to dealing with the
realities of life itself
Then I became a world record holder
champion who could never be caught
you only ever seen the back of me
But unfortunately it's more akin to a
criminal record not 1 to be proud of
or look back with any form of pride
And for which sorry means little or
nothing at all because he deserved
far better than that
But he died I can't run away from that
or made it better if I had have chosen
to stay either way
At any moment spring might arrive
Be prepared with a light jacket in hand
Can you feel the cold wind running away?
Dance with me as the meadows turn green
Enjoy the sounds of streams as they thaw
Feel the warmth of the sun on your face
Great days are about to begin
Happiness returns with the singing of the birds.
I love how the coming of spring makes me feel
Jumping up out of bed anxious to greet a new day
Kissing your eyelids to wake you up
Let's go for a walk
Maybe we will even see a glimpse of summer today!
Now is the very best time to greet the day
On days like this
People seem so much happier
Quietly taking in the moment
Rising just that little bit earlier
So that they can enjoy nature coming back to life
Trading winter clothing for optimistic shorts
Underestimating winter's resilience
Variable temperature seem the order of the day
Wise people keep warm clothing close at hand
X X X OOO, I see there is a better way to keep warm!
Yes this is the time of year for lovers
Zero degrees and the temperature is rising!

He didn't think it really mattered
Every time he beat and battered
His new wife with no regret
She was weak and had to let
Him get away with this abuse
Running away was no use
He had spies in every place
Every time they saw her face
He would drag her back again
It didn't matter where or when
Burns and bruises being hidden
And bite marks where she was bitten
Every minute so afraid
Another scar would soon be made
Shaking with a lonely quiver
When he's near she would shiver
From the coldness in his heart
Bringing another bad shot
To her fragile beaten bones
Praying he'd leave her alone
As this torture ends one day
And she soon passes away
From the final blow that hits
And a light is finally lit
That's a more peaceful existence
No more hurting or resistance
no secret in the world
is a wild wild world
who is going to save us
we know yes we know
is a wild wild world
but who will save the world
some say is Christ
some say is nature
some say a prophet will
yet the world still go in circles
our shadows never change
either do our reflection
speak in the mirror
all we see is same in a
wild wild world
is a wild wild world
who is going to save us
we know yes we know
is a wild wild world
but who will save the world
some believe secience
will answer our misery
some believe religion
will pave a way
some believe politics will
humble us
some believe class room
will build our wisdom
yet it all still go in circles
our fears never disappear
despite our struggles
our grives still continue
in a wild wild world
is a wild wild world
who is going to save us
we know yes we know
is a wild wild world
but who will save the world
some run to church for safety
some run to spiritual temples
to sick spiritual protection
some run to their government
in escape of poverty
some run to school to catch
knowledge to after make a living
some run to the priest for special
prayer
we are all running
running away from a
wild wild world
is a wild wild world
who is going to save us
we know yes we know
is a wild wild world
but who will save the world
human believe in a higher being
some believe in a higher force
this has been a foundation of
deep questions and Answers
so some was revealed
some disclosed in a wild wild world
secret societies now the head
of the game
creating confusion among humans
devouring our degnity in shames
yet under the sun the hidden
is known? and seen in the hearts
of the innocent victims
we are the victims of circumstances
in a wild wild world
is a wild wild world
who is going to save us
we know yes we know
is a wild wild world
but who will save the world
at the end no secrets
we all are suffering
from same illness
is called fear
in a wild wild world
is obvious is no more
a secret!
the great the small
suffer same
the rich the poor
suffer same in a
wild wild world
is a wild wild world
who is going to save us
we know yes we know
is a wild wild world
but who will save the world
Quote By Poet "I do not know where the time goes.
It just goes running away."
I do not know where the time goes,
from the opening of a day to it's close.
It just goes running away,
time will not stay here to play.
Life is made up of time,
some good times or some sad times we must climb.
These times will be very special,
with a moment sprinkled in our life's vessel.
Everyone can remember their first kiss,
a very special moment in time we did not miss.
I can still remember a teacher embarrassing me,
it was not a good moment in time I just wanted to flee.
Moment and time walk hand and hand,
it may not be what we have planned.
South Korea’s thirteenth guide, who rode Korea as his chariot
Only for six breathes, guided by the thirteenth star of Iscariot
Under the hoofs, he defiled the white flag, as yin and yang turned again
The slave of Seokga, the demiurge of sinful men
Hungry ghost of Chun Doo-hwan, the cornerstone of the people's burden
Killed by the bamboo dragon, the Korean people as one
Opened wide by the dragon’s teeth, showing a slave afraid of the sun
Running away from the dragon and sun, giving up the fight
Enduring all this, the dragon looked to Mount Sorak, to see a light
A bonghwang, with wings wide and free, shining through the flag of white
Please! Leave me alone and let me be
Leave me just the way you found me
It's too late to try to change me
I'm running away from today,
And turning my back on yesterday,
Because I cannot bare facing tomorrow.
Many times I have heard your Christian song*
And I must confess that it made me strong,
But right now I want to be left alone.
When tomorrow comes, I want to be gone,
Because I'm too afraid to face tomorrow,
On yesterday, the powers that be planted seeds of hate
They never dreamed their fruit would bare at this rate
They never understood the law of sowing and reaping
They never realized that they too would be weeping
My generation has given birth to gloom
Its choices force us a life of doom
Our days are numbered; our destiny is soon
I do not have the courage to face tomorrow.
No more lies! No more disguises! Away with debates!
And do not bore me with your apologies. It's too late!
We have been deceived into taking the bate
By midnight 40 days hence is the final date
By then there will exist an impenetrable gate
I am in anguish and fear of facing tomorrow.
Oh God, I pray, take these tears of sadness and sorrow
May my tears be put in a bottle and cast into the sea
It's the least I can provide and contribute to my legacy
Perhaps survivalists in a distant land, my tears they will see.
May they read every word, especially the line, "Please forgive me".
Perhaps they on my behalf will face and build a better tomorrow.

*"Because He lives, I can face tomorrow"
Decisions
Once again the day has come and gone
So many things still left undone
Waiting for that right someone
Hoping he hasn’t come and gone
Wanting to be independent and free
All the while the thought scares me
Thoughts keep floating through my head
At times i don’t want to get out of bed
Needing to make it on my own
Wanting to prove that I am all grown
Breaking free is hard to do
Don’t want to disappoint you
I see the fear in your eye
Your little girl is trying to fly
You’re scared that i’ll leave you
But know I will always need you
Now it’s my time
To see how high i can climb
I know i can do it
Your love helps me through it
Don’t want you to you think i’m running away
For back to you i’ll always sway
You helped me grow and help me learn
But now it is my turn
Because of your i’ll never sink
You taught me how to swim
I’ll always have you
This is just something i have to do
Spread my wings and leave the nest
You’ll be a big part of the rest
It’s the circle of life
Dealing with all this strife
Right now i won’t bend
It’ll come in the end
Feeling like I am left behind
These last few years been in a bind
Wanting freedom but needing you
So unsure of what to do
Knowing i should take this chance
Not quite knowing how to dance
In the end just make it up
Learning it’s part of life to screw up
I’m still afraid to make mistakes
Knowing sometimes that what it takes
Knowing life may not be easy
At times not fun or breezy
But in the light of a new day
Everything’s clear all the way
I know what i have to do
Even though in some ways it may hurt you
But i’ll say it again like i did before
I’ll always have an open door
I hope you’ll use it
I know you’ll come through it
I’ll only be a call away
If you need me in any way
Remember this isn’t goodbye
Only something i must try
My Uncle Bill thought it would be hilarious and fun.
To warn a fellow merchant of a shoplifter - Miss Gun.
The employees followed her all over the store that day.
They reported that she left quickly, as if she was running away.
She came outside and we could see she was in a snit.
She had a red face, and brown eyes were flashing quite a bit.
What is wrong? Someone asked and Bill could not stop his grin.
I noticed it, and so did my unobserving usually ten-year-old twin.
Our Aunt Marge was in a horrible mood when to home we returned.
Those employees followed me the whole time! She was truly burned.
Bill kept laughing but did not tell the rest of us of his prank.
Until Marge left. She was the oldest sister, and could be a real crank.
