My thoughts willingly stretch my imagination with this task.
I would reply...in any direction our ink chooses to flow.
To the light of dawn or to dark telltale shadows of Poe
There are no boundaries that could rein in a poet's mind,
even if we have the mournful misfortune of going blind.
A poet is not harnessed by sight like a horse to a carriage.
From memory our vision serves us in a sort of marriage,
a bond without rings and vows that gives us wings to fly
among stars, or to realms a common man cannot descry.
To know sin's sorrow, we would walk through a fiery hell
if it would give us the insight that living could not quell.
Inspiration is our weapon, feathered arrows we shoot,
aiming for the rhyming words and chasing in hot pursuit.
Though our muse flees, and crumbled pages lie at our feet,
our mind struggles in unrest but will not concede defeat.
On ventured missions, traveling where our hearts will lead.
Among distant galaxies, where we collect poetic seed
to plant in fertile delta land or in sandy deserts on Earth,
cultivating cogent lines, to which our scribing gives birth.
Fathering or mothering verses from infancy to fruition.
Editing until at last, our brainchild is worthy of submission.
We see far beyond mundane realities of life and reason.
Writing from the heart, rebuking the penalty of treason.
We wind through mazes of each personal poetic anecdote.
Exposed is our nakedness in each lyrical line we ever wrote.

Thank You for upholding me and my righteousness
Always purging my iniquities and enviousness
For me to trust in You, doing biblical goodness
While delighting myself in Your graciousness.
Thank You for upholding me and my commitment
Always blessing my dedication and involvement
For me to live for You, having heavenly investment
While submitting myself to Your enablement for my character development.
Thank You for upholding me and my devotion
Always caring for my soul and spirit’s condition
For me to love You, prioritizing eternal possession
While yielding myself to Your perfection.
Thank You for upholding me and my sacrifices
Always accepting my humility and praises
For me to serve You, aiming for holy success
While entrusting myself to Your embraces.
Thank You for upholding me and my obedience
Always rebuking my followership-negligence and disloyalty insurgence
For me to surrender to You, overcoming humanistic expedience
While setting myself in Your compassion-diligence.
Thank You for upholding me and my faith-maturity
Always stretching my growth-advancement and prosperity
For me to exalt You, extolling sovereign authority
While abasing myself under Your security.

In the beginning God spoke and it was such;
He spoke and it was so;
It's such, a an amazing thing;
That I just want to say
there are words that make you happy;
there's words that make you weep;
there's words that make you wonder;
how in the world can you sleep;
there are words that God has given;
that are so, so, so, very sweet;
so when you wake up in the morning;
what do you say...
I thank God, for the WORDs
I say
I thank God, for the WORDS
for without those words what would we say
would have anything thing to pray
couldn't be any other way, I am glad to say
thank you Lord for the words;
I need letters to form the words;
where do you think they come from;
No matter what you have heard it's not man but God who created WORDs
there are words that make you happy;
there are words that make you sad;
there are words that make you wonder;
Praising God for everything you have;
Who spoke the word to create the universe
Who spoke the sun and the moon to rise;
Who spoke the man into life;
Who spoke cut his chest took a rib made him a wife;
Who spoke in the burning bush;
and Who spoke creations six day
No matter what you have heard it's not man but God who created WORDs
those wonderful powerful words;
So as the old people used to say;
If you can't say nothing good bout' someone, then don't;
But even in the negative, there's something good;
I speak words of life for you
I speak words of peace for you
I speak words of joy for you
speaking the rebuking of Satan too!
I speak words of blessings;
I speak words of reconciliation;
I speak words of good fortune, wellness in your finances;
I speak words of encouragement;
I speak words from heaven sent;
I speak WORDs God's anointed WORDs
and as I ponder His return upon and just before His arrival;
I will leave you with these

August 11 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Isaiah 64-66
Key Verse – Isaiah 64:8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
HEART THAT RELIES ON THE LORD WHO IS THE POTTER OF OUR LIVES
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our weakness
Thereby strengthening our commitment’s steadfastness
With His might’s readiness
So that we can serve Him with willingness.
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our scarcity
Thereby supplying our soul’s necessity
With His Word’s vitality
So that we can praise Him with sincerity.
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our lack
Thereby filling our treasure’s pack
With His enrichment’s sack
So that we can follow Him with obedience-knack.
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our deficiency
Thereby meeting our faith’s insufficiency
With His ability’s urgency
So that we can cling to Him with consistency.
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our suffering
Thereby upholding our sacrifices’ gearing
With His help’s anchoring
So that we can cleave to Him with trust-ensuring.
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our worry
Thereby rebuking our discontentment’s misery
With His truth’s victory
So that we can please Him in our praise-story.
Our heart relies on the Lord Who is the Potter of our lives along our ailment
Thereby healing our body’s impairment
With His wellness’ ointment
So that we can continue with Him along our spiritual engagement.

So I can pursue after Your offered fulfillment.
Lord God, You are my peace Fighter with Your kind dealing
Thank You for stabilizing me to stand along Your salvation-sealing
Surely protecting me for my victorious fueling
So I can follow You with obedience against carnal defiling.
Lord God, You are my peace Fighter with Your stretched-out hand
Thank You for seeking me midst troubling earthly band
Surely leading me to Your pillar of truth where I should stand
So I can remain in Your works’ quality brand.

Word play, captures me, takes me hostage,
Keeps me enthralled, Entranced, fascinated
Intrigued as nothing else can today
Obsessively manipulated by this passion
I am hopelessly at her mercy. Giving up other things,
Rebuking people, Held in willing exile by word play
She wakes me up with a line in my head.
At two or three many mornings.
Keeps me alive, not fully in this world,
But rather in a linguistic realm, where I could escape
I smile, knowing my personalities and proclivities.
When I stop playing with these squiggles and dots
I will walk away, cold turkey, wiping my sandals off
Never to pick a pen or a pencil up again.
Will it be soon?
That's the beauty of it.
I never know
until that day.

While teaching principles along Your truth-record.
Lord God, You are my Sovereign Deliverer against persecution’s pain
Thank You for defending me from trials’ strain
Always strengthening me toward faith’s increasing gain
While reinforcing encouraging grace that does reign.
Lord God, You are my Sovereign Deliverer against covenant’s breakage
Thank You for enclosing me from temptation-spoilage
Always freeing me toward joyful obedience-bondage
While cheering in stewardship pilgrimage.
Lord God, You are my Sovereign Deliverer against service-hypocrisy
Thank You correcting me from provocation’s irritating tendency
Always lifting me by Your mercy
While providing with Your satisfaction-sufficiency.
Lord God, You are my Sovereign Deliverer against towering haughtiness
Thank You for rebuking me from selfishness
Always checking my sincerity and earnestness
While commending good works because of Your righteousness.

There they were out on the sea as in the boat the Lord slept
In the storm that they'd see, suddenly all that fear had crept
As these fishermen began to fret in seeing such stormy seas
Peacefully there our Lord slept but the storm wouldn't cease
The waves broke over the side and the wind was gale force
And no matter how they tried they went further off course
Soon their little boat would sink and they'd all certainly die
In being on such a brink to wake the Lord they had to try
How is it that you are so faithless as Our Lord would stand
Able to save you from any mess, simply put it in His Hand
He told the seas to be still then rebuking the wind in kind
For all creation obeys His Will, in man this you don't find
You may think the Lord is sleeping and of you He is unaware
As these feelings that you steep at the walls of faith they tear
He knows you inside-out, all that you were, are, and will be
Of this have no doubt no matter how bad the storm on your sea
Mark 4:40
And he said unto them,
Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
