LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
We had
met and conversed,
a rapport on first sight-
a chance meeting to a life's time
delight
that
Summer
evening silken,
long..an encounter of
initiations together
explored
as
Desire
welled within-
words became a promise
so sublime,to love now and for
all time.
MY FONDEST MEMORY
My love
Beguiled me,with
Soft sensuous lips,sleek
Long thighs with rounded hips, twinned heart's
Enlaced
with
Eyes closed
As lips caressed,
Mouths joined,impassioned
Tongues explore,in our love's embrace,
Time-framed
in the
The warmth
Of love's invite
Encompassed my desire,
In two soft whispered words of love,
Be mine !
NATURE
Long days
Of August sun
Where nature blinks and shrinks
The dying grass,yellowed in sleep-
Held fast
as
Oat grass
Tinted old gold
Shimmers on tall green stems;
On a clear warm light of evening sun-
Back-lit
the
Brimstone
Awakens,then
From each flower hovers
On the drying wind of the breeze-
Sun-lit.
KIN
So sad
full of care
the face of nan,
life,lines her beauty
so fair-
this girl
full of care,
this face of love
'cross memmory's chasm
I stare,
so sad-
youthfulness
we could not share
apart by kin's time-line
divide
"Dedicated to all Grand-mothers everywhere
winter,
comes with snowflakes
of filigree falling
it soon drapes the trees in pure white
frosty
but
it melts
though more will fall
in my frozen ice world
all will be covered in a cloak
thawing
and
seeking
I walk the woods
where I hear the snow speak
also the cracking of the ice
finding

CHRISTIAN QUINTILE
Habits
Ingrained die hard,
We need a helping hand
To disrobe,transmute our inner
Nature
with
Beauty
free from above,
Embedded in our heart
With loving kindness,ready to
Impart.
CHRISTIAN QUINTILE II
Jesus
Fountain of life
Beginning and our end-
For all to see,was and will be
Our God
the
God who
is alive,active
And of the loving kind-
Available,accessible
I am
ready to
Transform
Renew,complete-
Changed in a moment into
New robes.
Christianity today
hacked
to pieces...
marked with scratches
despised..
and crucified,
...mocked..like Christ;
courage
my friend
walk in His light ;
for in His sight,
our God of love..
Sees
a pure,
holy
spotless,dove
CONFESSION
We like sheep have gone astray,
if He marked our transgressions
who would stand.Tempted,ofttimes
tormented,self-conscious,self-
seeking missing the mark;stepping
over the line,impulsive,doing what
we do want to do.Encouraged into
doubt,we deceive ourselves,listening
to the father of lies,’Til the Holy Spirit
convict us of this sin.Absolved by the
Saviour’s sacrifice I turn back again,
for I know whom I have believed,and
together we walk on.
AN AGAPE RESUME
Arise my soul, lay bare
this heart, give me lips
touched by God,ever
consecrated to Him.
A true and steadfast
mind from higher radiance
caught.
The challenge from within ,
looking with a fresh mind
true to life,to taste & see,
grow with the flow,a servant
heart ..here..to eternity
WHO AM I
His workmanship,a poiema,His masterpiece
bearing his signature mark,evidence of
His image,remembered,written on His palm.
Beloved, altogether lovely,sustained and by
His hands, our cornerstone, I live.

crosswise MATISSE
Your art your notes your style
So varied so wise so true
Opened then drew close to
My eye my mind my heart
My eye my mind my heart
To love to learn to know
Your craft your theory your technique
Forever you made so unique
crosswise-GRAND-DAUGHTERS FAIR
Your innocence your purity your smile
So open so natural so wide
Charms enchants awakes
My spirit my eyes my pride
My spirit my eyes my pride
Inside in wonder in youth
To pray to gaze to praise
In love in awe of thee
quintile-SWEET VERSE
words too
familiar
or too remote
defeat the purpose of which,
he wrote
was his
hidden
enigma
a step too far,
if no-one could open
his jar
Inspired by Johnson's famous dictum
sequence-THE COUNSELLOR
He
opens
hearts and minds
in sickness and
health-
He
draws us
to himself
a quiet voice
we
hear
prompts
and reminds-
until peace we
find-
Then
fills us
with His word,
so we may be
heard
Fibonacci-faith quaternion
when
I
listen
God will speak
when God speaks
my mind
will
hear
when
the
open
door closes
light begins to glow
a new way
for me
to
go
An open verse
Will
my verse
reach your ear
can
your eye
stay the course
Does
unconvention
confound
the rhythm
of your eyes
Take
a deep breath
exhale and read
between my lines
unphased
by phrase and
habitude
or human voice
The choice
is always
yours if
my poem will
be or is
not to be
a tune upon
your ear

CINQUAIN EPIGRAM
Beauty

His loving-kindness ..ready to

THE TRIO
These be
the keys to life,
faith,hope and agape,
love, the greatest gift of all three-
to thee !
L1 is the opening line to TRIAD
the American Cinquain by Adelaide Crapsey
MISTAKES
Hurry
Takes its toll as
In our daily stroll,we
From deepest ruts of blind alleys
Quicken.
THE CINQUAIN untitled
How slight
The petal of
A poppy,flowering-
So much like us,beautiful,yet
Fragile.
We met
and I fell deep
into fathomless eyes
we just could not stop the gazing
with love-
so
true blue
from that moment
we were never apart
and I said "I Do" in the snow
oh yes-
and
each day
was beautiful
I love you forever
we took a chance but death divides
our love
