A ll His children pray and praise
L ove to mankind is Lord's aim
W ith God can have eternal home
A nd He loves us all the same
Y ou'll life better if know Lord
S avior to save us all became
L iving life in Gods love best
I n Christ recover what sin stole
V oices worship Him each day

W-hen I write just let my imagination soar n' sometimes to places unknown this way I go
R-emembering that the sky is the limit and that writing is wonderful
I-ndeed, I just love it when I get inspired
T-ensions and problems seem just disappear when I am writing all my poetry
I-t gives me joy to write in many styles
N-aturally for me writing is fun, keeps me alive

Riddled face, weary under clouds quite late,
night of hope screeches of decent meal to eat.
A boy cups his hands again, a hunched fate
plucking tin can on lanes primed for the elite.
Cold the body wrapped like soiled paper bag
approaching cars and men with dollar points,
and bypassed like a nameless stamp, a rag
while he coughs for some gentle plea: coins, coins.
Then, the waif rushed to me near the helm
claiming a folder got pinned on my backseat door,
with pure kindness in his eyes; I felt ashamed
casting doubt on his intent, my breath appalled.
“Thank you”, let’s talk a while was my invite
as we dined, the stench of poverty I dismissed.
Gazing at a warm face that spoke of grim plight,
he longed of math and arts , important on his list.
This boy, stirring me back to values of kindness,
received a free education in lower grade school.
The folder he saw, a prize I won as bonus
reclaimed my sense of charity, my inner jewel.

Red roses
a tribute
to loved ones
roses have
very long
history
legend says
that Eve gave
A kiss to
a white rose
in Garden
of Eden.
Cupid bled
on roses
'cause lost love
instead, then
another says
Cleo strew
room with red
roses to
seduce Mark
Anthony
with perfume
and her woes
The wealthy
Romans lay
on beds of
roses too,
these are a
few of the
legends I
share with you
roses are
beautiful
a nice way
to express
affection
for someone
you care and
love profess
so, give them
roses and
will make them
smile if sad,
roses are
magical
make eyes glow
and hearts glad.
