Premium Member Without Love, Sine Amore

Without love
We are nothing
And we have nothing
When we have love
We have everything
And that’s something.

Where there’s no love
Reign total chaos, crimes, division
Havoc, death, and destruction
With true love
Doves and peacocks fly above
The firmament is light and blue
Everything is beautiful and new
Without love
We have nothing
And we are nothing.

Ohne Liebe Sine Amore

Ohne Liebe
Wir sind nichts
Und wir haben nichts
Wenn wir Liebe haben
Wir haben alles
Und das ist etwas.

Wo es keine Liebe gibt
Totales Chaos, Spaltung, Verbrechen
Tod und Zerstörung herrschen
Mit wahrer Liebe
Oben fliegen Tauben und Pfauen
Das Firmament ist klar und blau
Alles ist schön und neu
Ohne Liebe
Wir haben nichts
Und wir sind nichts.

Premium Member My Walden Pond

The night was cool, not cold.
The slab was icy, not frightening.
I lay down on top of it, and pulled a quilt over.
The wind was breezy, welcoming.

A graveyard might not be your meditation place
But as for me, I face das nichts my own way.
This has been a heart opener for me.
It is not long before my spirit guides arrive.

They give me the answers to my questions
Not in a shouting way, but in a loving way
Flowing into me as naturally as drinking eggnog
I rest easy, knowing they are here to nurture me

In the morning I get in my car and go home
Where the family is secluded
Each sitting with their I-phone or I-pad
No one listening to each other,

None hearing their heart.
No one noticing I walked in from outside
Not knowing I was gone, unaware I am Thoreau
And the cemetery is my Walden’s Pond

I have explained, but no one hears.
They are busy googling, playing word games,
Distracting themselves from real people
Overwhelmed with clutter that keeps their spirit guides in hiding.

Immerzu kreisen meine Gedanken, ganz ohne Schranken.

Premium Member The World Wants An Honest Concession

Move on, my friend
Raise your right hand
To move on, to concede
Wasting your time will lead
To nothing, nichts, niente, nada
Do it for the soul of America.

Stop wasting your energy
Stop the lies and the anomaly
A real man accepts defeat
Hey dude, you got beat
You lost, you’re defeated
Stop being too conceited.

Hit the road Jack. Move on
The world wants a confession
Dude, you’re losing power daily
Like a cheap antiquated battery
Hit the road. Quit being a nag
It’s time to raise the white flag.

Don’t try a stupid coup d’état
Because you’ll fail like a lama
Let America be proud again
This is a new era, a new season
It’s time to quit. Hit the road Jack
Move on. Please don’t comeback.

Subpoena are coming
Convictions are forthcoming
Shame is arguably disgusting
Real people are singing and laughing
This is another day in America
This is shocking blah, blag, blah!

P.S. Political satire.

A Star Shines In Alba

A Star Shines in Alba’s Sky

Star shines above a frosty mountain where sheep in summer grazed,
Bright shining ones gathered in vast numbers to praise,
Snow fell to cover the granite rock and where heroes lay in the ground.
Murdered by those they gave a place round the fire hearth,
Raised a glass in toast to their health warming hearts and stomachs both,
In the dark of night up they arose creeping to lift their muskets long,
Ready tae betray hospitality freely given an murder those innocent souls.
In daurk winter nicht fled tae the hills towards the shepherd o the glen,
Rifles spat fire like lightning flash in a storm,
Swords flashed briefly under moonlichts bricht gaze.
Afore hiding behind passing clouds misty haze.
Oot oan the hills shivering in nichts cauld,
Dying amongst heathers embrace under a moons gaze,
Forgotten they lie brave warriors true an bold.
Stars shine down in a highland glen,
Oan Albas finest forsaken people all for a pittance,
What a price tae pay for being a little late.

Premium Member We Shall Return With Zilch

Believe it or not
The Parson is right
We shall return with zeroes
Many zeroes. Let’s be Heroes
For and to the world. Let’s not be selfish
Because we shall return with zilch
With nada, mit nichts, perhaps with empty zeroes
Which mean nothing. Let’s pause
To think. Let’s be wise and humble
Love is essential. When the trees tremble
And fall; when the ground shakes and burns
When the soil slithers and slides, the world yearns
For peace, sympathy, compassion, and love. With nothing
We shall return, just like we came on earth with nothing
The sky will always stare at us, as we raise our head
Heaven will remain at the same distance
And we shall leave alone, with nothing, with no bed
No castle, no money, no power and no incense
Believe it or not
We will be blessed to be in a wee lot
After the soul departs
And the ash rots
Believe it or not
The Poet is right.

P.S. This poem is dedicated to the kings of the world.
