Oh I ask you Mr Brown, tell me how long has it been now, since your lover went away?
It was a year and a day of your life.
Its been oh so quiet and the air is still for her love.
Only washed her hair yesterday
And the sunlight came her way
The sensual glow of the sun on her skin
Made her a warm and loving person
The smell of sweet roses wafted round the room
I’m sure you wish you had created a baby in her womb
The tenderness and earthly power of her charms
Was like seeing, feeling, or even holding her palms.
Holy aura of your lover
Could n’er be filled by no other
She is the only one to make you laugh and cry
But the weight of your tears now are dry
Stunned into emotional shock
Hit by the advance of the clock
You remain in wait for your most special love
Is it hope that storm clouds bring doves?
Night passes and trees shed leaves
A pitiful sight of a man bereaved
His lover is still living but no one knows where
Why did she do it, do you think she even cared?
Oh I ask you Mr Brown, tell me how long has it been now, since your lover went away?
It was a year and a day of your life.
Its been oh so quiet and the air is still for her love.
What soft sweet notes the bluebird sings,
As she lays her head on satin sheets,
And she?
A goddess embodied, so selfless it's easy to love...
I've laid with her satin,
As tones project lulling me to sleep,
Thieves we were,
Stealing kisses nightly and storing them under our chests,
She would invite me inside and smile when I left early,
Unlike me to do so,
But the bluebird still sings for my lack of endurance...
In parallel now I leave again,
But with me comes my heart...
For the bluebird not only sings for me,
But for her past as well,
That, complied with my fear of nesting, steals me from her,
Thieves we are,
She steals me back with a single note...
Not enough strength to resist her,
But I must before I hurt the gem that is her heart anymore,
So leave I do,
May the next you sing for be gentle as I,
Her soft sweet notes will stay in me forever,
And I pray the next sings for her as well...
She is like a tree dancing in the wind,
her love is like tree leaves that's blown
away in the dust.
My love for her is not her only trust,
she liberates her flesh for lust to enter.
I cried for her love when she is gone,
she sunk like the sun in the west
as the evening creeps in.
I am like a cloud hovering over
her face sinking in the sea.
She rises again at dawn to smile
on a fresh new day for me.
Love me no more O My darling of woe!
Your love invade my soul and then
you vanish like the wind.
Come back to me and tell me your false
love story,
your name is now written as my fading history.
I am the wind coming in the rain,
you are the sea on the shores of my destiny.
Come back my love and embrace me with a kiss,
for our love to grow for you to dance like the
tree in the wind once again.
