“Heady heights..bright neon lights..giddy delights
Arsonists torching the Indian empire
Reputations scorching..awash with brilliant whites
Gilded generation ire… spoils soiled in an oily quagmire
Sailing the conquest crest..Kiwi veneration..scaling Test Everest
Perturbed…wondrous walloping to disturbed lolloping..absurdly dire
Otherworldly umami of the Barmy Army tsunami
Marauding sneers trumpet.. foolish career nadirs..retire
Ghoulish gravity..devoured by a glutinous abyss
Bazball belter depravity..sensationally soured bucolic bliss
Hoodwinking..hasten Black caps helter skelter sinking
Downed & drowned in a bottomless basin..stinking
Hilariously or nefariously bombastic
Bellicose blows vicariously fantastic
Lambasted & larruped..willow wizards’ blizzards
Scary..leery…Kiwis dreary..wary..weary
Boisterously babbling record book pleasing Brook..
Febrile lairy timber & turnstile teasing fairy
Frazzled dreams bedazzled by pyrotechnic memes
Peacocking cavorting with shocking ripsnorter slaughter
Lampooned buffoons marooned…as Jaffas deliriously spill.. festooned just like Seville
Bazball booming batting baritones..delicious blooming blossom
Vicious..nailed..pernicious.. flailed like an impaled pesky possum
Stranded in a leaking latrine…Baz branded..reeking of what could have been
Outrageously courageous…ridiculously sublime at the same time
Flat track thuggery fortuitously free from spin skulduggery?
Cosy club snubs…mandarins’ selectorial sins?
It’s coming home..it’s coming..in Welly on the telly..what we have seen
Prodigal Bazball from South D has already well & truly been"
Once there was a land where stanadrds were high and milk and honey flowed,
As freely, and as efficiently as if they were water.
Every year the locals took stock of how much they had improved on the
Year before and raised the bar even further.
Sure they had setbacks but they set the bar high,
Only taking notice of what the rest of the world was doing
When a bar somewhere was set higher,
Then the bar would be raised to the higher level,
Though never was the bar lowered to standards set elsewhere.
Then one day things began to change,
As the land that had disappeared under the radar,
Once more appeared out of the mist
And caught the attention of a world that was in awe of
How high they had raised their bar.
And as they flocked to in to see for themselves just how high the bar could go,
They were not shy in turning their awe into praise.
At first shoulders were shrugged and the movement of the bar was unaffected,
Until the flattery that had before arrived as a trickle became a river
And the vanity of the locals rose to match that flow.
From there it was all downhill as the locals for the first time in living memory,
Started resting on their laurels,
And the bar began to wobble,
Before falling a notch or two.
Still, there was no need for concern,
After all the bar was set higher than in other lands.
As those who came from them were quick to point out.
And anyway the locals were now too busy building their own vanity units,
To wonder how low the the bar needed to go,
Before the rest of the world stopped singing their praises and
Started saying we told you so.
And lost interest in the land of milk and honey,
At the bottom of the world,
Populated by Kiwis who for a while were sitting at the top of the tree,
With the eagles and who had taught the rest of the world
To soar to new heights.
Oh if you who came to their shores in awe,
Had only taken note and chosen a different song to sing to the locals,
How much sweeter could the milk and honey have been,
With the bar raised high enough to be seen from Mars.
Kiwi Cricket's Shangri La...
"Can still hear the deafening din of the Indian crowd chagrin.
Stunned shell shocked silence at mandarins' sins.
Yet somehow still so loud
Like thunder down under in the proud
Land of the long white cloud.
Daring to dream of derring do plunder.
Upsets’ unctuous umami.
Shocks’ sumptuous serendipity.
Cast asunder as against the odds.
Hallowed Gods' anguished..felled & fallowed.
Kiwis vanquished the voodoo of Indian home hoodoo.
This purple patch, so perversely plush...got a hunch.
Would make even Prince blush, proud as ribena punch.
Sporting nirvanas cavorting with crepuscular career nadirs.
Can’t pillory this Test expedition, like the Everest conquest & Hillary.
Black cap sedition…Indian perdition.
Tradition debunked by spunky funk.
Not once, not twice but thrice.
Teeming..awash with gleaming beaming white.
Emancipation...damnation & salvation.
The Indian’s cardinal sin…not being able to play spin.
No way you can naysay.. just
Another Bill Murray Groundhog day.
As we learned..the underdog winner.. we yearned had turned.
Fat cats burned & stats spurned..into a dog's dinner."
Must pester Uncle Fester our national jester
Mr dome chrome time to buy another home?
Property cartels fed cahoots loots free to roam
Like we’re being led by the laughing gnome
Coalition behind demolition of OG ancestor
Don’t let it fester about every oversea investor
Cannot cotton on to what’s wrong.. polyester
Kiwis remember embers of being a protestor
They were told awhile before the war make sure
To stockpile fossil fuels.. because more is more
They wouldn’t listen Oil companies shares glisten
Billionaire backed..society cracked or is it fracked
Fast tracked as guess who gets whacked the Poor!
Luxon adoring every glutton pushes that button
Haughty and naughty lies flies in roaring forties
Ignoring us imploring see the nexus of the exodus
As its lambs to the slaughter on the isles of mutton
It had been foolhardy maybe as it did finish a tad tardy..
To watch the latest greatest nighttime cricketing mystery
Seriously sublime Darryl Mitchell in his delirious prime..
The bells chime the Kiwi men again with zen made history
Strolling even with New Zealand’s second string attack bowling..
Kohli & Co hellbent T20 slaves sent to their graves by the knaves..
By the underdog faves and endless waves of Black Caps rolling..
So you could say after this hooray foray that the Indian takeaway
The hosts death wish now the swish go to dish for a Black Cap fan…
Crow for the 2nd year in a row them dicey and us just too spicy!
Quips about bananas nadir and to South D an ironic cheer or sneer
After dafter no rigour or vigour self fulfilling prophecy of Baz Bull…
Hard not to sni*ger egos not heroes falter at bigger the lie high altar…
The reason the unjust willy nilly silly treason of Baz Bull lust in season
Elephant in the room must be the trigger for Ashes to Ashes..Dust to Dust…
Dank England tanks..stank were rank thanks to Kiwi yippee phalanx nirvanas
Fillips of Indian trips hall of fame names in a jumble stumble thrown in skips
We mumble Kiwis humble not one for boasts but everyone toasts the hosts
Getting spanked as the pressure cranked were outflanked by Mitchell & Phillips..

Are you a Mac user or PC?
Do you prefer Justin's or Reese's?
A few times, I saw the movie "E.T."
And I once slept in a teepee
Shouldn't be sleazy
Or greedy
Got to get after it daily, weekly
Monthly and yearly, routinely
You can wish for a lamborghini
But you got to work smart and hard for it, instead of hoping to find a genie
I wore a lot of hoodies and beanies
And scaled many hills and mountains freely
Didn't always eat my wheaties
Just some smoke, alcohol and food that was greasy
Naively
Spent most of the cheese I made rather briefly
Realize, you can't expect any freebie
Or it all to be easy
That's just foolish, whether or not you ever believe me
Don't make an fool of yourself and assume
Anything underneath the sun and moon
That just may lead to your own doom
One day I'm going to visit Fiji
With my lady wearing a pink bikini
As we kick back with our own martinis
Could go on about drinks and food, like kiwis
Sweet Tea
And fettucine
Alfredo with roasted zucchini
But I'd rather spare you that completley

New Zealand all over Sea and land,NEWS
On blood bath of Kiwi ever since her birth,1856
On killing 50 lives settled to fight their bellies battle
“Land of long white cloud” mean New Zealand
How truth this? 50 bodies lined up on land wrapped in white cloth like cloud, how meaningful the name New Zealand?
All of Asians,Africans,Middle East and more some went on God’s path still their cars in Christchurch parked!
They born in their mother lands to die to go as martyrs in their new other land
Those all let their lives at God’s palace on a Friday,a day of festival of poor in prayers holding tight the keys of Paradise.
They all found their path to walk direct to Heaven on aqua made red carpets just stretched all over the floors of mosques of Christchurch.
Destroys terror any land but in New Zealand terror went error to make this all plus land so blessed!
By nature a mother loves her all children alike Prime minister Jacinda Ardern and her all 4.8 million Kiwis proved in public adding some more letters to the definition what is love, affection and what is humane?
The gunman Godse killed Mahathma Gandhi to become popular the gunman Tarrant proved Jacinda Ardern a good ruler!
In the short list of world’s best leaders,Nelson Mandela,Lee Kuang Yew, Mahathir Mahmoud,Imran Khan,Tayyip Erdogan now Jacinda Ardern to last.
Madam PM you deserve a Nobel prize but poor Poet I can’t reserve for you it until the vehicle carry it get reversed. But one I can say to God to serve you the noble!
Madam PM your right hand is so soft to slap on the faces of the world’s best!
Kiwis proved by action what’s affection and what is peace to this world Oh,Pigeons fly away Kiwis now for peace!
Hats off New Zealand, the UNO thereafter for peace, ensign of New Zealand to fly high shining the four stars thereon to shed light to all the four corners of the globe!
amphibrachic verse
It looks like a kiwi
No, kiwis are fuzzy.
Then maybe a lemon?
or lime? I'm obsessed.
Am I getting closer?
Misshapened? an orange?
A colorless photo,
confusing at best.
The white seems so hazy
while black’s overriding
and grays run together,
an image in stress.
The point of this quand’ry -
I’m missing my colors,
the clues that enlighten
my eyes to the quest.

This is my first try at using amphibrachic dimeter.
The amphibrach is a metrical foot of three syllables with the stress on the second syllable, or one long syllable between two short syllables, da DUM da
The total bummer of our wasted Test summer….ahem
Does jar well below par no cigar not even a cafe creme
After another dafter dumber and dumber apophthegm
The tedium of this charlatan medium saying carpe diem
Couldn’t be any glummer still will take Baz to the ATM
Laughter him on a whim mending a forlorn torn hem
We pleaded tree needed to go not the Root but stem
Pretending will be happy ending Bazball’s Bethlehem
ECB & Key glib in tandem fib as random as a Lib Dem
English cricket’s viral spiral now coughing up phlegm
The gory gashes from Ashes lashes will still condemn
Then Stokes says that’s all folks was absolute mayhem
Jokes he’ll back in the 2027 eleven it’s us versus them
After hoax new Kiwi bloke evokes masterstrokes a gem
No longer going for broke a stronger bespoke requiem
Will coax the magic unlike the tragic Bazball "La Boheme"
No superhero cloaks as from acorns grow oaks says Flem
Fruits of nutritious blends toward healthy zest
Reveal succulent kiwis and apples’ best
Upheld by mangoes that conquer sweetness-fest
Infused with straw berries, bright among the rest
Tasty along raisins as fresh grapes attest.
Served deliciously for diners to rejoice
Awesome fruit salad of mixed nuts is great choice
Loaded with cheese midst melon’s delicious poise
Appealing that satisfies my craving voice…
Dessert I thank God* for --- midst festive burp's noise.
*1 Chronicles 16:34 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth forever.
