Inevitable Procession

If you were to ask me
Be the one to catch me, before i take the fall
You'd be the only one waiting, afterall
For whence i open my mouth and
Spill a sea of pills tinged with reddened liquor
I think you'd listen, then
If i took advice from any voice, it'd say 'give up'
But then again the only advice i ever took was the gurgles from down below
Onwards, outwards, suck inwards and hollow
If i gouged the gurgles, they'd say 'continue'
They'd count on me as i count every zero
They'd hold onto my head while i clutch the bottle
But, you'd catch me.
Incase i couldn't catch me
You'd advise me to give up
But i'd have fallen from your grasp
Onwards, downwards, i'd ignore the numbers from the liquor
For they'd spill from my mouth ever quicker
I'd have lost count, either way.
Hey, what did you want to say?

False Promises

Im sorry for not telling you before but I’m married
Yes, I understand if you don’t want to be with me
I know but I really loved you yes I did you know this

No, I cannot promise to divorce my wife of ten years.
But I do love you its just that my children wouldn't understand
I’ll take care of you and pay for you to have your child
Oh forgive me what I meant to say was our child

No, you can’t abort your child I said I would take care of you
I don’t know when we can be together again
Please don’t call me at home I will call you when I return
You can stay at the apartment for as long as you want

I can’t tell you where I’m going with my family yet
But in a couple of weeks I will call and tell you where to come
Trust me, I do love you and we will be together soon
Goodby, don’t worry about anything I will take care of you

There is now a crying single
women with a child and no
Place to go and hospital bills to pay.

that night

“can we see your arms?”
how does one sentence effect me so deeply?
when the police asked that question
my heart plummeted in my chest
my eyes got watery
my hands got shakey
and suddenly i regretted everything that i had done
i didn’t want my grandma to see
how much i hated myself
how much i hated the body that i inhibited
and how much i hated the lines on my arms
but i raised my sleeves
she started crying
they asked questions
i don’t remember a lot from that night
not the questioning
not the ride to the hospital
not my mom sitting beside crying, asking why would i do this
i didn’t have a answer
8 year old me didn’t have an answer for why she wanted to die
just that she missed her dad
13 year old me didn’t have an answer for why she needed to die
all she said was
“i don’t know”
“im sorry.”

Rise Up

It really puzzles me when it comes to how
humans process and react to circumstances,
for instance, 300 girls are kidnapped by
lowlife cowardly terrorists, while the world
community sits back and says, " oh what a
shame". Well im sorry words of outrage do not
take action, people who care take action and
deliver on their words. Their is current
technology that can find these cowards and
expert soldiers highly trained for extraction
missions, and precision snipers who can kill
up to a mile away, yet bombings, kidnappings,
and threats from these cowards continues so
blatantly its like they are laughing at the rest
of the world. If i was a younger man i would
go myself and do what i could, but the
pounding of my hoofbeats for a sixty year old
man just wont cut it .
When is enough enough, when will people
rise up and quit voicing and start marching.
When Hitler tried to conquer Europe and
slaughter The Jewish nation the world
declared war on him. He was a terrorist. When
the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor the US
immediately declared war and took action.
Nobody wants a war but war is necessary
when you have tyrants and terrorists who
think they can have their way with no
consequences. Write your MP, your member
of Congress and tell them enough is enough.
Do nothing and things will continue as they
are. Rise Up!

Why

they do not know me so why do they stare
why do they kick me and pull at my hair
why do they hurt me do they not know
that i am the same i hurt after each blow
but it doesn't matter to them i am scum
my pain is their pleasure my pain is their fun
im so sick of living im so sick of life
which way should i end it a rope or a knife
a knife is too messy a rope is the way
got to get everything ready im leaving today
attach the rope to the ceiling im ready to go
make sure the doors locked so no one will know
the ropes round my neck and i start to cry
im sorry for everything im sorry GOODBYE

Here we are, there we go
here i am, there you are
how can we be the cause of each others pain still
"Everytime i think about you i dont know its either im happy or sad
hoping not just to play you, but hey you try to do the same thing
im sorry if i seem weak or if i try too hard
my heart hurts to see an old friend when she looks at me with her head down
oh i dont know tomorrow i might go to jail
all in one night i jeapordized my freedom
cause im so hotheaded, hotblooded passion that pulls up, with your hair pulled back
then you let it fall down and then i get out this mess im in, you know i will, u know i will
i know with me everyday its something else,
im always trying to be good but i always end up doin bad things i know im mean to you in a bad way. i guess im not right in the head becuz all i see is a vision of a man when i lay down, except last night when i talked to you , you looked so worn out stressed out, why would you be with him when you could be with the man that u love still, its okay whatever you want its your choice, just please consider how much hangs in the balance, i dont even know if its talent, if im talented, or just sick of these lame conversations that people have with me, talking about all their troubles, but i have so many i cant even think straight
but i concentrate on the solution and i usually dont treat you with the love i feel becuz i dont love you if you dont love me, im sorry im a playa, im a crook, convict con-artist, tryin to find a way in your heart just so i can hurt him, i flip and turn words twist and bend the truth, make up *****just to send to u, becuz im trying to break down the fortress of your heart, count my attempts add em up, cross another day out on my calender, there goes another month, cross another month off my calender, and we collide so different then what we use to be, use this use them but dont try to use me or put me in their group girl, no enemy can stop me, even when men set the net, let their own foot be caught, slip and slide away, not trying to be slick with, or run game on you, so dont try to run game on me,

Thursday.

Thursday its all go,
                 no time to chat,
                  Im sorry its so.
Got to do the sport run you see,
it all kicks off at three.
                     Baseball football and more,
all have to be there at four.
Then when done pick kids up,
                      oh what fun.
                    After working till later on,
when I come home you will be gone.
                     Thursday is o.k for some,
but if Im honest its not my number one.
Monday is the day for me ,
                   I think you will agree.
                    Poached eggs coffee galore,
only a few days till Im knocking on your door.
So its bye for now, till we meet on the net,
then I will make you smile you can bet.

Even Vulcans Die

Standing on a mountain of a distant place
looking along the valley of time and space,
Death appears as roiling,boiling mist,
we might run in fear and desire to survive,
in the end he will claim us all all on his list.
Their is no escape the cry of those who disbelieved,
offering billions to the gatherer of souls in vain,
what use has death for riches and things,
One that can go where he wills and desires,
Reaping all with his mighty scythe sharp and cruel,
throwing all onto his eternal fires.
many will beg and crawl with words of "Im Sorry ",
Save me please, turn your back and hide your ears,
they betrayed you once and will do so again,
destroyed a world for profit and gain
lied to us over and over caring not for mortal souls.
All those of light fear not we may die ,
our essence though will fly to the stars whence we came,
Those who walk in shadowy dark light,
are forever doomed to endless pain.

I Saw You Yesterday

I saw you again today.
On your way to a train stop somewhere on my route home.
Just like how I saw you yesterday, actually.
About two roads down,
you passed by me while I was driving around just to roam.
I saw your face as I sat to eat with my darling partner.
You would love to meet them.
I see you a lot recently, actually,
It's an epidemic the way I see you but never say hey.
But I always found it odd.
How you cut contact with the world and moved down to the same routes I take now.
Your last words to me were something like —
“Im sorry you won’t ever see my face again.”
And sent me a selfie.
A cruel cosmic joke told by the best comedian I knew.
They say when your friend commits suicide, they’ll stay in your life forever.
I always called it stupid,
They won’t be there forever, they died and you never saw them in person.
But I saw you today.
On a bus ride to nowhere.
You turned to look at me and I could almost swear…
You smiled.
